Chapter 13 : Proper

Next day, Boruto went out early to go to his work while Sarada has to stay in their house because she doesn't have any duties this day.

While in free time, Boruto decided to drive off to Anbu's hide out.

"Agent B!," someone greeted and he just nodded at the agent.

"Where is she?," he asked.

"She's in the underground, sir," she answered.

A loud female voice was surrounded as they both entered the underground. The lady was yelling anything about her grudge, until she saw Boruto.

"Boruto baby!!," she weakly shouted, trying to make Boruto pity.

Boruto smiles as he went near her and cupped her face. He stares at her eyes for a minute until she was scared enough to look at him. Then he turned into his dark aura and squeezed its face.

"Now tell me..." he whispers in a deep scary voice."Where is the gem?"

"Ohh, there he comes..." the agents behind him mumbles as she knew his duality.

"I... I-I don't k-know.." the lady is already shaking.

"I saw you took it, baby," he smiled, " I ain't the idiotic guy you thought."

"It's.. it's in my b... b-bra.."

His face became gloomy and he stood up to turn his back.

"Agent Q," he signaled so the agent nodded as she knew what to do.

The lady yelled as the agent ripped the tube of its dress. She got the gem and gave it to Boruto.

Boruto genuinely smiled, "Then it's a mission success for the both of us."

The agent smiled too and wrapped her arms to his arms. "My turn!," she said in a seductive tone.

Boruto laughs and asks her, "Don't you know who you'll face if you flirt me?"

The agent was confused so Boruto let out his wallet to open it and the agent saw a picture of him... and Sarada.

Agent Q became pale, "Ch.. Chief!?," she wasn't sure.

Boruto happily nodded, "Hands off," he commanded so the agent let him go.

He tucked his tie properly and went out of the underground.

It was almost 9pm as Boruto arrived home, he caught Sarada watching a horror movie. She was completely staring at it, waiting for the scary part. The sounds was too loud as if she was inviting the ghosts to watch it too.

The sound was chilling and was about to climb into its climax. Boruto slowly closes the door while he narrows his gaze into Sarada's reaction.

A loud sound of the climax collides with Sarada's frightened yowl as she saw Boruto silently standing in front of the door.

Boruto was shocked too.

"What? Why does it looks like I'm more scarier than that movie?," he baffles.

"ARGH! YOU SHOCK THE HECK OUT OF ME!!," Sarada touches her chest.

"My bad. Why are you watching a scary movie alone at night?," he asks while taking off his coat and tie.

"The doctor is amazing here," she stated.

'And why would I be afraid? Duh! You're more scarier than this boring movie I was watching! Yes, I am now afraid of Boruto since the day I saw his dark aura. He might kill me one day!,' Sarada said in her mind.

"You cooked corn dogs?," Boruto was now in the kitchen.

"Excuse me, that is a mozzarella corn dog," she stated.

"And mozzarella onion rings?," Boruto added while eating it.

"Yeahh.. oh shoot! SHE MISSED!!," Sarada exclaimed.

"What title is that?," Boruto asked.

"I don't know. I just clicked something scary," she answered, focusing on the movie.

Boruto smiles and shrugs his shoulders. He went to sit beside Sarada.

"Hey darling.." he tries to flirt Sarada and puts his arm on her shoulders.

Sarada stopped and looked at him. They both stared at each other for half a minute as if Boruto already touches Sarada's heart.

Until she blinks trice and realize what Boruto was trying to do.

"Oh you bastard, get your damn hand out of my body!," she commanded.

Boruto awkwardly smiles and scratches his head. He stood up with a pout on his face and went to his room to change.

He thought he already captivated her.

Sarada was left spacing out. Scary parts were appearing in front of her but doesn't mind it.

It was almost... their proper talk after a long time. A single tear escaped from her right eye so she quickly removed it and focused back to the movie she was watching.
