I'm constantly looking for apps to help with mental health. And I think I found the best one.
What's Up? is an amazing app that has helped me so much.
It's wonderfully organised and laid out, with tons of helpful and amazing features.It's divided into four nifty sections.
Help Right Now
Provides breathing exercises, grounding exercises, uplifting quotes and other helpful featuresCoping Strategies
More long term advice. Gives advice on how to reduce worries, be more positive and figure out your problemsInformation
Provides information for understanding anxiety, depressing, stress etc. as well as help for coping with themPersonal
(My personal favourite) Contains a diary for you to track your moods, positive habits tracker, negative habits tracker and an area to write little notes for yourself.It's a fantastic app and it has helped me so much. If you have anxiety or depression or just are finding things hard, give the app a go. Worst case scenario, you just delete it. Definitely give it a go, it works wonders
