Turning towards Sam and Lacey who were watching Dean and Arcadia go up the stairs he felt the pain in the pit of his stomach, he didn't mean to read Arcadia's thoughts but he'd been so use to not having to keep his guard up with Dean and Sam, who were branded with the Enochian Sigel many years ago so no angel could read their thoughts, that he forgot himself and took a little walk in her head. Humans were confusing things, especially Arcadia. He felt the conflicting thoughts in her head about whether she wanted a child or not. She was a hunter and hunters didn't have children, but Lacey was pregnant and was a Hunter. What Arcadia did not know that she was destined to have children with Dean, it was written in the stars. And no matter what they did, it would still happen; just like Sam and Lacey. Unfortunately, there were demons who wanted to get a Winchester child for their own means, so Cas would become the biggest protector of all and keep his family safe.

"Cas what do you have?" Sam asked him from the other side of the room, his arm lying protectively around Lacey's waist.

"It looks like the witches have got enough angel grace to give Lucifer his powers back." he says, walking towards the map, "the angels have been talking, there is unrest in heaven."

Lacey walked out of the room while Sam sat on one of the chairs by the table,

"Do we know where it will go down?" He asked and he pointed to the map on the table,

"The Devil's gate," he says before turning his head as he heard the angels begin to speak again, "and it's going to happen in two days' time...I need to warn Dean." He started preparing to zap away when Sam stopped him,

"I don't know where they've gone. Arcadia looked pretty freaked out when they left here." He looked at his adopted brother knowing that he can't tell him where they have gone, he maybe an angel but he had learnt about tact since being with his adopted family. "It's ok I know where they are." With that he zaps himself over to the impala where he can see Dean and Arcadia coming out of the medical centre. Getting out of the impala he leant against the trunk watching as they walk towards the car, their heads almost touching as they were deep in conversation. Suddenly he became aware of an evil presence within the building they were just in; there was a demon in there. As Dean approached, he looked up at Cas and faltered while he tried to put on a poker face.

"What is it Cas?" He asked coming closer to me. Turning he looked at the building,

"There is a demon in there." Cas replied,

"Sonovabitch." Dean exclaimed, "it's the doctor." Running to the trunk he opened it up and pulled out Sam's demon dagger, a can of spray and the book that contained the exorcism spell. Watching him, he shut the trunk and handed the book to Arcadia who was looking both shell shocked and ready to start a fight. Her thoughts skitter through her mind almost at lightning speed but he can hear them as if she is shouting from the roof top. Oh my god, he gave me a pill. What if it was hinky?

"Arcadia how is your Latin?" Dean asked her and while he cannot hear his thoughts, he can guess they are similar to hers.

She looked at him and shrugs,

"Well we are about to find out." She said before marching back into the medical centre.

As they entered the building, he noticed how quiet it was, not a single soul was here. Dean threw Cas the can so he could start on the demon trap. It doesn't take him long to draw it on the ceiling of the reception, and very soon Dean is yelling to entice the demon,

"Come on you black-eyed son of a bitch." He started hitting his hand against things to try get the demon doctor to show his face, but it remained quiet. All of a sudden, a man appeared with a stethoscope around his shoulders.

"Dean Winchester finally we meet." The demon remarked, "and Castiel still following the Winchester's around like a lost sheep." He turned to Arcadia and sneered at her, "hello my dear. So glad you took the pill he gave you." He smiled showing his teeth gleefully, "an unwanted pregnancy is so common, but needs must." He looked up and shook his finger at Dean, "oh tut tut my boy, will you never learn." He looked at the ceiling about to leave his meat suit when Dean tackled him from the side, pushing him into the circle he had drawn on the ceiling. The demon screamed but he could not get out of the circle.

"Now you black eyed bastard, let's get something straight; he will ask you questions and you will answer me truthfully." He pulled out a bottle of holy water and threw the cap back, "Do you understand?" Nodding the demon watched Dean fearfully. Dean pulled up a chair and he watched as the interrogation begins. He noticed Arcadia had come to stand next to him; she was looking paler by the minute. He took his arm and put it around her shoulder to try and comfort her.

"Question one asshat? Why didn't Christos work on you?" Dean looked at the demon who flinched.

"I had ear plugs in." The demon answered, "so couldn't hear you." Dean nodded and proceeded to the next question,

"Question two, what the hell was in that pill you gave Arcadia?" The demon looked at him and laughs,

"Oh, my poor boy, you know nothing?" He looked at Cas and pointed, "maybe ask your pet angel, isn't that right feathers?" Dean looked at him and he knew there would be questions later.

"Question 3. Who is getting angel grace to help Lucifer?" But the demon kept laughing even after Dean threw holy water on him, causing his skin to sizzle.

"Ask him." He pointed at Cas again, "now let me go I've answered your questions." Dean smiled evilly at the demon and looked at Arcadia who started reciting the exorcism.

"Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus, omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, omnis congregatio et secta diabolica."

Dean smiled as the demon smoke vanishes into the floor boards. Cas felt Arcadia stumbled next to him, so he grabbed her as she fainted.

"Um Dean."
