            Chapter 1
Hades was a mighty king of the under world and Persephone was his lover. They were different because she was the goddess of spring and he was the king of death. But, they loved each other. A lot of people didn't believe in their relationship because of their differences. They were together for 2 years and they didn't have any problems. "Hecate can you please send Persephone up to my office?" Hades asked. "Of course." Hecate said. He sat back in his chair and sighed. Today was a stressful day for him. There was a knock at the door. "Come in." He sat up and gathered himself. Persephone walked in and sat down. "So," Hades began. "I called you up here to discuss something with you." Persephone was about to speak when there was a knock at the door. Hades rolled his eyes and sighed. "Come in." He said blandly. Minthe came in with a stack of papers in her arms. "You need to review and sign these by the end of the day." She put the papers on his desk and walked out, slamming the door behind her. Persephone jumped a little. "What did you need to talk to me about?" She asked. "Oh right. What do you wanna eat for dinner tonight?" He smiled at her. She blinked at him. "Hades, you called me up here just to ask me what I want to eat for dinner tonight?" She asked him. He nodded. "And to talk about something you submitted to me." He said. "Why didn't you just text me?" She asked. "It's better to ask in person." He admitted. She nodded, he did have a fair point. Later that night they were at Hades house. He was in the kitchen cooking while she was looking at pictures of him and Minthe. "What are you looking at flower?" He asked, putting his hands on her waist from behind her. Persephone jumps. "You scared me. Just looking at these photos." She said. "I need to take those down." He turned her so she was facing him. "Dance with me." He said, putting out his hand. She took his hand and he spun her. They danced like this for a few minutes until hades stopped and got on one knee. "Hades..." she said while tearing up. "Kore, ever since I met you I knew I loved you. You are the most beautiful girl I've ever seen and I love you a lot. I want you to be mine forever. Do me the honors of being my queen." He pulls out a box and opens it. "Marry me?" He asked her. "Of course I'll marry you. You're the most amazing person in the whole world. Of course I'll be your queen." She wipes her face. He puts the ring on her finger and stands up. She hugs him. "Can we eat? I'm starving" she asks. "Of course we can flower" He picks get up and brings her to the kitchen" She kicks her legs. "Hades! Put me down!" He puts her down on the counter and kisses her cheek. "You're so cute." He kisses her neck and she giggles. "No you're cuter." She says. He smiles and continues to kiss her neck. "Hades." She said "mmm?" He responded with his lips still on her neck. "We can't do this here." She said
