#22 - my quirk.

"Holy crap!"

"Huh? Are you alright Denki?"

"Your eyes!"

"What about them?"

"They're green! Like, bright, bright green!" Everybody wanted to know what Denki was on about and crowded around y/n's face to look at her eyes.

Shit, how the fuck did I forget?!

The girl had forgotten about having to take extra pills after being so exited for the group's little outing together in town. It was suggested my Mina and Denki when she saw how much her friend was completely out of it during school.

"Oh! I, umm... I have to go do something real quick, I'll be back in a sec!" She ran before anyone could stop her or even glance at her now gleaming emerald eyes.

Y/n ran into an alleyway that was thankfully not very creepy. She reached into her bag to find her spare pills before it was snatched away from her,

"The fuck?!"

She looked up to find the suspect as her unnatural glowing eyes were pierced through by a set of crimson ones.

"Give it back." Y/n's voice was stern and it even surprised Bakugou slightly.

"Why? What's in it? Your eyes. Does it have something to do with your quirk?" His tone was harsh but he wasn't shouting. Y/n could tell that he was desparate to know.

"Yes it does."

"You're too vague. I want answers." Honestly, the girl didn't really have a choice. It pissed her off but she went through with it.

"There are pills in that bag that helps me control my quirk. I don't need them as much as I used to but I still need to take them otherwise my eyes go like this and my quirk will slowly spiral out of control." She lied. She needs them more now. But he didn't need to know that.

"Why don't you ever show it? I'm not stupid enough to think that you don't use your quirk at all during training. But why do you hide it? Do you think that we're not good enough for you? Do you think that I'm too weak compared to you? That I'm not worthy of your quirk?!" He started to raise his voice. Y/n hates being yelled at. His tone of voice scared her.

"THAT'S NOT IT YOU BASTARD!" Bakugou was honestly taken back by her. The way she shouted, she sounded a little broken.

Suddenly, there was a load roar coming from the streets, followed by screams and desparate footsteps by civilians.

"Great. A villian attack. Just what we needed." Growled Bakugou. Before he could unleash his rage onto the beast, y/n stomped ahead of him,

"You wanna know why my eyes get like this, when I let it get out of control? You wanna know what my quirk is? This is it, Fireworks."

She spread her arms out as she walked backwards before turning around and jogging to the monster that was currently wrestling Mount Lady.

The jogging soon turned into running. Then a sprint before a large gush of wind blasted her into the air. She landed a kick on the monster, sending it down the street on its back, crushing a few tables and chairs laying deserted on the now evacuated town.

Bakugou watched from a distance in awe, just wandering what was more to this chick. The monster slowly got up with a pissed and determined look on its face,

"You'll pay for that little girl!" A huge spiral of fire was sent towards her. Anyone who saw this event would think that she had died - burnt to ashes. But no. After the monster thought the deed has been done, the fire cleared, showing the girl in the same spot, not an inch out of place with her hands shoved in her pockets.
