Shouyo went inside the house. He was finally able to get his mind out of the tall setter..or so he thought.
"Mom, I'm home!" Hinata shouted. "Welcome home.." His mother smiled gently. "How was your visit? Did you have fun, sweetheart?" She asked. "It was alright. " dryly replied the short boy, he was not in the mood for talking about Kageyama. "Is everything alright? Did you get into a fight with Tobio-kun?" Asked his concerned mother. "No,everything is fine. I'm just tired that's all..." Hinata's mom looked at him, clearly not believing his words. But at the end she decided to let it go, maybe he was telling the truth after all? Either way, she had let it slide.
Hinata went upstairs to his room, he was very grateful to his mother. He really didn't need to tell her about the things that happened while he was away. He plopped down on his bed, completely exhausted. Shouyo tried to sleep, but he just couldn't. His mind was always drifting back to the tall boy. Hinata blushed, he never thought about how handsome the setter actually is before. The way his eyes lit up whenever they scored a point. How his hair was blown away when he jumped and ohh that smile of his! He rarely smiled, but whenever he did,it felt so..genuine, so true. It made Shouyo so happy. He was the only one who got to see Tobio smile.. It felt like Kageyama only smiled for him, like he was the one who made the setter smile. "Hmmph, why can't I get him out of my head??!!" The short boy shouted out in frustration. Oh boy, this was going to be a long night...
Meanwhile, the setter had a similar problem. He was displaying the events of the day over and over. He thought about how cute Hinata is when he's flustered. Wait. Why was he flustered in the first place? Could the short boy possibly like him back? All these thoughts made Kageyama's head hurt. He accepted that he had a crush on the boy for a while now. But he never thought that Shouyo might actually like him too.. Could he... have a chance.? Tobio was sure that Hinata is straight, the way he and the rest of the team looked at Kiyoko-san suggested the idea.. But he didn't think that he might like boys too.. The setter smiled to himself, maybe he does have a chance after all. With that he slowly drifted of to sleep.
