> Stephanie is known as the mother hen of the team along with being a field medic thanks to her mother teaching her nursing until she passed away back in '35
> She was considered incredibly progressive during her time in the 40's, already believing love is love no matter what. Some say she had a love affair in secret with Agent Carter after her crash in the ice
> Stephanie hates the cold for a couple of reasons. Back before the war she was always sick during the cold months and was stuck in bed having Bucky take care of her and it reminds her now of being trapped slowly freezing to death in the Arctic before she finally went under.
> Whenever she's upset or feels her emotions become unbearable she ends up going to the training room and going at it for hours on punching bags. Which led to the Avengers investing in a large amount of them as she ends up breaking them so easily.
> Thanks to her nursing skills, she decided to take her time off to help out at the local sick children's hospital. She even sometimes goes there in her uniform or dressed up as Cinderella, seeing as a certain Red Head made a comment on her looks, to just cheer the kids up.
> On that note, Stephanie does have a love for Children. Before and during the war, she had dreamt of one day starting a family. But after she went under those dreams sort disappeared and stayed under the ice. But one day it may resurface.
> On the note of kids: Even with her serum the blonde still has difficulties involving that stuff. So it is much harder to catch, so she does think that adoption would be a better option if she one day wants to have a kid.
> Same goes with Pets, she had always wanted a dog or cat. But her mother was unable to afford one, and even her and Bucky couldn't either when they agreed to live together in a run down apartment.
>Oh ho, but that has changed as Steph had found a little Manx kitten on a mission while in Austria. It was maybe early winter, but she found the small gal cry and alone. She couldn't leave it so in the end she ended up getting a sweet little cat named Ciara. (Photo below)
> Ciara has become a therapy cat for Steph, a little gal who is there for snuggles whenever the blonde is struggling or stressed. Friendly as hell too.
> After Bucky's death and her unthawing, she had started to wear more dark blue. Plus gaining some mannerisms from the brunet. Example placing her hands on her belt and tilting her head up a bit when she tries to act more confident.
> Steph has a guilty pleasure of baking and cooking a lot. Though she doesn't tell anyone that she was the one making the meals for everyone, especially for some of the team who forget to eat.
> Ever since she saw Snow White back in '38 with Bucky, the woman has an absolute love of Disney. Hoping to one day go to the place known as Disneyland and just enjoy herself for once.
> On the note, Stephanie is quite a Nightingale when she sings. Though she doesn't sing very often like she used to back before the war. Though if your lucky, she will sing soft Gaelic tunes her mother had taught her.
- And yes she is fluent in Irish Gaelic> The compass she carries isn't just a little memento, it was her father's that he had during the war. After his death near the end of World War I, whatever he had on base and on person were given back to her mother. Thus, when she was about 5 or so, she took the compass as her own.
> After the incident with S.H.I.E.L.D and Bucky, the blonde stopped wearing tanks or anything that showed her back. As she ended up gaining scars on her back from Bucky shooting her twice and stabbing her in the upper bicep. She doesn't want Bucky to know about this, or he was the one who gave those to her.
> Even though the serum did help enhance a hell of a lot of things, it seems eye sight was just a temporary thing as she ends up having to wear glasses to read or sketch now since it's blurry whenever she does such things.
> Back in the time Home Ec was sort forced on many young women. This did include Steph, she didn't mind it honestly and grew to enjoy baking which is why she is so skilled as mentioned above for her guilty pleasure.
> Technology is still odd sometimes for her, she just finds the reliance of it too much nowadays. Even though she does believe dishwashers are a god send.
> Stephanie is someone who does not let others tell her what to do or who she is. She has been notorious for scaring the media and reporters for putting them in their place.
> She is also progressive, even back then she was. And now too, becoming an advocate for woman's rights around the world, and a big symbol for the LGBTQ+ community as she has openly told everyone of her sexuality and thoughts.
> The final note she does have a small love of tech from the older eras such as old radios and 8-bit consoles. (Thank you -hasaheart
