I laid back on the couch, my head on my girlfriend's lap. After I'd decided to stay two years ago, we made some furniture and improved the place. It had slowly become less of a factory and more like a home to all of us, even me. I looked up at Alice, smiling when I saw her eyes on me as well.
"I'm glad I chose to stay," I said, causing a blush to rise to Alice's cheeks.
"I'm glad too. But... We've been dating for a while, haven't we?" I sat up.
"Yeah, why?" Alice shifted in her seat nervously.
"Well... I was wondering if you wanted to get married? Nothing formal, not even a ceremony, just marriage." I smiled and kissed the tip of my girlfriend's nose.
"Are you proposing to me?" She nodded. "Then I accept." Alice smiled and turned to face me.
"Then I, Alice Angel, marry you, Y/N L/N, and take you as my wife." I kissed the tip of her nose.
"And I, Y/N L/N, marry you, Alice Angel, and take you as my wife."
"Then by the power vested in me, I now pronounce us wife and wife." I smiled.
"May I kiss the bride?" Alice leaned in close.
"Yes you may." With that, I kissed my new wife, melting into her embrace as we finally found happiness and peace in each other.
