I just posted a new story called Love in the Land of Gold. I had briefly mentioned it in a previous chapter and people said they wouldn't mind giving it a try. so it's posted!
the nechi's wife is going to come to a close soon, so I thought I'd begin working on a new novel!
quick explanation:
set in the 1800s, it follows the chance encounter of Liari, an elite female soldier for the Resbi Kingdom, and James, a multilingual English man who is about to travel to Resbi to translate for the crown. their relationship is odd because as they grow to know one another, England is trying to take over Resbi as a colony.
Love in the Land of Gold is pretty similar to The Nechi's Wife in that they're both bwwm and centered around colonization. so give it a read!
