Writing. 

Writing is like an escape, a way out where you can write what you think about, what you imagine.

It helps me, it relieves me somehow. I can write all what i have in my head, nobody can know it's me, nobody can judge me. So write your thoughts, write all things that make you upset or sad or even happy! Then you will see, you will feel so much better.
