KONOMURA:The Beginning Of The Journey

CHAPTER 8

     It was evening, all of them gathered to their camp after having a tour arround the stalls area. Suddenly, familiar flame appeared on the sky above them. "Isn't that?" Chizuru gasp. "It them.." Yana speak with fearful voice. "It Marko's spear flame, the same guy that attacked you with me. I think he bring some company". The flame suddenly charged towards them. Chizuru reacted with the attack and jumped to the air while slashing the flame with her sword. "It wont hit me this time!" Chizuru shouted. Some of the flame were deflected with Yana's force while Konomura was catching and throwing it back from where it came from. Marko appeared into the scene with a group of mages behind him. "Yana! What are you doing? Why are you joining the enemy force?!" Marko shouted. "They are not our enemy! We got the wrong people! They are actu..." Yana sentence was cutted by one of the mages. "There is no way that the beast can be wrong! It was summon by the most powerful mages from our town! I think you been brainwashed". "She been what?" Marko confused. "Marko, if you want to avenge for Hieldius, we need to beat Yana too." One of the mages continues. "But she is one of our allies. We can't risk losing her!." Marko replied. "Weil can't risk losing Hieldius too when the enemy already have someone as strong as Yana. We need to sacrifice her." The mages replied back. Marko was frustrated of choosing with decision he should choose. Yana was important to him because she been fighting along side with her for 3 years. "I think you are right, we can always train someone to become a warrior, but we cannot afford losing our homeland." Marko made a decision. "I'm sorry Yana, but this is for Hieldius!". "What I told you they are no-" Yana trying to convince them but sudenlly Marko attacked. Countless of spear flame came towards Yana with immense speed. Yana tried to block most them but it was too fast. "I have to use that form." Yana whispered to herself. She then use the form when she was training with Chizuru. More spear flame came towards her but this time she can deflect it easier. She then charged towards Marko and blows a wave against him. Marko was thrown away and got a few scratch on his body. "Since when you become this strong, Yana?" Marko asked confusedly. "It probably not her strength, it probably because she was controlled by that women!" One of the mages speak while pointing at Konomura. "It's... it's  you! You did this to Yana!" Marko shouted furiousky while charged towards Konomura. "Konomu- I mean Sensei!" Chizuru tried to warn Konomura. Marko fist veer into stone and flame trying to hit her but Konomura caught his hand. "It is not good to attack your own friend." Konomura glares at Marko. She then slam him into the ground knocking him out. "That women.. She got supernatural strength!" The mage shocked. One of the mages attack them by casting spell that create glowing projectile moving towards them. Chizuru step infront of them and turn into her fire form. Her hair glows fire and became a bit longer. Flame started to emerge around her body and her eye turned glowing bright orange. She puts her sword down and blows flame from her palm. The glowing projectile were destroyed by Chizuru's flame. "They are monster! We must retreat now!" The mage leader ordered the others to retreat.
