KONOMURA:The Beginning Of The Journey

CHAPTER 5

It was a normal morning, Chizuru and Konomura was still sleeping in their tent. Suddenlly a spear like flame falling down from the sky with incredible speed. Konomura sense the speed and jump through her tent and deflect the flame back from the direction it came from. The deflection created an explosion of wind between Konomura's hand and the flame makes the surrounding shaken. Chizuru woke up instantly "what was that?!". "We were attacked" Konomura replied with grave expression. Konomura realised that the opponent she is facing is very strong. They still can't figure out where the attack came from. After a few minute, two more spear flame came from the sky towards them and it had become even faster and bigger. Konomura facial became more serious than ever, she again tried to deflect the flame but with stonger strength. She manage to deflect it but not the way she wanted to and one of the flame came towards Chizuru. Luckily, Chizuru manage to avoid it but the ground behind her turned into giant hole. "The energy that were put into the flame are incredible" Chizuru said nervously. Then, Konomura saw two people standing on a hill looking at them. One of them were a woman. "Which one of you were the one who defeated the beast?" The man asked. Konomura asked back "What beast?". "The beast that attacked the town of Morfort." The man replied. "You mean me?" Chizuru asked. "So it is you..? Perhaps now I know who is the strong one! I am Yana from Zhangar and now I found my worthy opponent!" The woman voiced. She suddenly rush towards Chizuru with her sword and Chizuru tries to block her attack with hers. Chizuru seems like she had the upper hand because she manage to block all of the woman's attack but suddenly the woman's sword started to glow dark purple. She then swing her sword toward Chizuru again but she managed to block her attack again. All of a sudden, the woman's sword started to blow energy pulse out of it and Chizuru was blasted away with her sword. Other than blasting Chizuru away, it also destroy the ground around it. Konomura then charged in but the woman keep blasting her away with her energy pulse sword. It does not injured Konomura but the pulse were too powerful for her to get close combat. "The girl with the ginger hair is strong but this one is on another level." The man thought. "You leave me no choice." said  Konomura. She then charged again but with faster speed and manage to hold on the sword's blade. Pulse coming out of it but Konomura tried to hold on. "How the hell do you managed to hold on with this?! Whatever, the longer the pulse are stuck, the stronger it get!" The ground around them started to shake again but Konomura still trying to hold on with sword. Her arm became bulkier and her vein started to appear. Suddenly the never ending pulse disappear. "Wha.. What happened?" The woman confused. "Take this back." Konomura whispered. Then massive amount of energy pulse coming out of Konomura hand and blasted the woman away. "Imposible! The pulse energy should have gotten stronger." The main said shockingly "If she could not finish her, then I will." Hundred of spear flame appeared behind the man and fly towards Konomura. "Not again..." Konomura felt annoyed "You should have attacked me at once!". Konomura then dodging the flame while flying towards the man. "She is too fast for my flame! If this is the case, I will just blow her away!" thought the man. Giant explosion of flame came out from her palm but Konomura suddenly appeared behind him. "How?.." The man confused and frightened. "You lack of training." Konomura pulled her arm to her back and throws her fist towards the man face. Huge fist created massive wave of wind around the area. The man was thrown onto the ground and fainted.
