After I dropped Tailan off at school I called over shorty who having my baby. I don't really believe her doe. I heard a knock at the door. I opened it. She walked in. "Hey." She moved her hair out her face walking in. "Wassup." She sat on the couch. "I'm sorry about what I did I didn't mean to break-" I shook my head . "It's all good. I just wanna know if it's really mine for real or not?" She nodded. "I'm positive it's yours Ace." I played with the tooth puck in my mouth. "We need a paternity test man." I told her standing in front of her. "I heard it's risks to doing that while pregnant." I nodded. "Then we can wait til after you have it then I guess. Ian doing shit for it until I know it's mine. I won't be at baby showers or nun of that shit." She put her hand on her hip. She was thick asl. "Really. I'm telling you its yours ." I shrugged. "Hoes be lyin." She scoffed. "I see why she left yo ass. You ain't shit Ace. You did that girl so wrong and you just acting so nonchalant about this." She threw her hands up. "You know what. Keep this same energy. You dont wanna be with me through this pregnancy, at least help. When you see this baby is yours," She got closer to me. "you won't see this baby." Then she left out slamming the door. I shook my head. Baby prolly ain't mine now way.

"Hey who are you picking up?" Tailan teacher came up to me while I walked in the classroom. "Daddy!" Tailan got up from her chair and put down the toys. "Hey princess." I picked her up. "You been good?" She nodded. "Um actually she's have been catching attitudes with the teachers lately." I put her down and helped her put her stuff on. "Igh." I told the teacher. Tailan walked out the class with me behind her . The teacher called me again. She was thirsty. "You have to sign her out on this paper and put your number." She smiled at me. I shook my head . "Naw i'm good shorty. Have a nice day ma'am." I picked up Tailan and walked out the school.

Genesis pov

"Hello Mr.Fairs I'm nurse Saint." I looked down at my clipboard walking into the room. "How are you?" I looked up and he was a handsome ass man holding a small little newborn in his hand. I smiled and put the clipboard down. "Good and you?" I asked sitting in the chair. "Im straight, my sister told me to bring her for her 1 month check up." I nodded. "She is adorablee!" I stood up looking down at the little sleeping baby. "What's her name?" I asked him. "Samantha." I nodded. "She reminds me when my daughter was this little." I picked her up and laid her on the bed. I started checking her and asking him questions. "Well she seems to be doing fine . No health problems thus far." I told him. He strapped her in a car seat. "The receptionist should help you schedule her next appointment." He nodded. "Fasho.  But can I get your number tho beautiful?" I blushed. I shook my head. "Have a nice day." And left out the room .

I pulled up to Ace house so I could pick up Tailan. I knocked on the door twice and Ace opened it. "Hey G-" "Where Tailan?" I cut him off. "She taking a nap right now. But can we talk about everything?" He fixed his tank top. I checked my phone. "I have to take Tailan to get here hair done. You know her birthday next week." He shook his head. "You being childish right now Gen. I wasn't saying shit when you was with that nigga jake." I scoffed. "Jacob." "Fuck his name. You was with that nigga , living with that nigga, and let that nigga put his hands on you and you left me cause I got a bitch pregnant when we wasn't together! That baby prolly ain't even mine!" He raised his voice. I felt tears coming to my eyes. "Ace I don't wanna talk about this. It's not even that . You hurt me so many times like I don't have feelings , like you never gave a fuck bout me." I wiped my eye. "Shit i'm having yo baby too Kordell." He rubbed his face. "Genesis you know I love you man." He grabbed my hand. "Your a liar. Now can I get my daughter and leave please?" He shook his head. He grabbed my arm and pulled me to the couch. "We gon sit here and talk about this shit Genesis I don't care what you gotta do, you ain't going no where until we talk this shit out that's the end too it."
