Genesis pov

After me and Ace talked out our problems, we fell asleep with each other on the couch. "Mommy." Tailan came tapping on my arm. "Yes." I sat up from Ace's arms and rubbed my eyes. "Swomeone  at the door." I heard the knocking and woke Ace up. "Baby somebody at the door." He got up . I went to the window and saw a bunch of officers outside. And It all came back to the night Aisha and Tori was kidnapped and Ace killed a man. My phone went off. I took it out my pocket and saw a message from Tayvion.

Brother💓: Out back black van now

I looked at Ace . And tossed him my phone to read the message . He nodded. The police banged the door. "Police!" He got his shoes on and raced out the back door and closed silently. "Tailan come here . Don't say a word ok?" She nodded. I picked her up on my hip. And opened the door. "Hello Officers how can I help you?" I asked trying to stay calm. "Hello ma'am, is Kordell Johnson here?" I shook my head. "No sir, He haven't been home yet." They looked at each other . "You mind if we search the house?" I fixed Tailan on my shoulders. "Do you have a warrant?" I asked him. He looked at the little girl then me. "No ma'am, we do not." I nodded. "Then when you have one you can come search." The officer nodded his head. "Have a good day ma'am. " They left off the porch. And I closed the door. I put Tailan down on the couch. "Where daddy go?" I wiped my tears. "He'll be back soon baby. Okay? I promise." I hugged her tight and tired not to cry.

Hours later
My phone buzzed again.

Unknown ID: Guys Clean

What? I heard bangs on the door the next second. I looked down at Tailan who was playing on her Ipad on my bed. "Stay here baby okay?" She nodded and continued watching youtube.

I looked out the window and saw a couple of Tay fiends and some other dudes. And I saw Tori,Aisha, and Jasmine behind them. I opened the door. "Hey Dre, what's up?" "Hey let us in." They all came. The guys behind them that i didn't know had bags in the hand. "Tayvion told us to clean out shit that lead to him and Ace, heard the feds was here earlier." Dre said. I nodded. "Yea they was." Jasmine and Tori and Aisha  sat on the couch. Jasmine looked as scared and hurt as me. "Do y'all thing tell Tailan come downstairs tho." He nodded to the guys. "Igh we aint gon be long." He pulled me into a hug. "Y'all gon be straight they good where they at igh? Don't stress sis." I hugged him back. "Thanks dre." He let me go and went up stairs. Tailan came down stairs. "Mommy why they taking daddy stuff? Daddy gon- Toriii , Aisha!" She smiled. Tori and Aisha  got off the couch and they hugged each other. I watched as a couple guys went to the basement. "How you coming along Jas? You okay?" She asked me . She shook her head. "I'm just scared . I just wanna know that he's gonna be okay you know? We're gonna be okay." She ran her fingers through her head. "I think they'll be good. Us too." I hugged her. "We need to not stress , not good for our babies." She smiled. "You right." She wiped her eyes. "We're gonna go back to Cali with my family for a little while, until things clear up with TayTay." I looked at her. "You sure? Y'all could always stay with us. " She shook her head. "I'm sure, we shouldn't have came back this wouldn't have happened. He wouldn't be leaving me like this. He didn't even say goodbye. He just left ." She started to cry. "I know, I know. I'm trying to stay strong too Jas. We gotta be strong together." She looked down. Silent.

The guys left and made sure there was nothing to tie back to Ace and TayTay about the night the kids was kidnapped.
My phone buzzed again.
Unknown ID: Delete messages all

I started to deleted the messages, I couldn't think if this was Ace or Tayvion. I just sat my phone on the bed and cried my self to sleep. Ain't no telling when they'll be back.
