I walked into the laundry mat a couple blocks from my house since the one at home broken right now. "Tailan go sit down over there , okay?" I pointed to a chair next to the washer machine. I dragged the bag of clothes along with me as I changed some dollars into quarters for the machines. After I was done I turned around and walked back towards Tailan, who was playing on her Ipad of course. I opened a washer and loaded the whites first and put the detergent and shit in. "Gen?" I heard a familiar voice say. I turned around . It was Ace's momma. "Heyy ma!" I turned around she hugged me . "Ohh it's so nice to see you. You been hiding my son huh?" She laughed. I laughed and shook my head . "No ma'am." "Is this Tailan?" Tailan looked up at her . "Hey sugar plum. Dayna love her some Tailan that's for sure." She smiled at Tailan . "Tete?" Tailan said referring to Dayna . "Give your grandma a hug baby." She did as told . "I heard you were expecting number two huh?" I nodded.
"Yea" I smiled at her and nodded. "Well I needa get back home. But call me i'm available to spend time with my babies too ." She tapped my hand . She waved at Tailan and left out the mat.

I got out the car and made my way to the trunk when I saw a detective car pull up in front of my car with cop cars behind it. I watched as the car doors opened. Tailan's door opened. "Stay in that car Tailan." I told her I walked up and closed her door. A detective made his way towards me. "Hello ma'am." He smiled at me. A white man. Tall, blue eyes. He seemed strange to me. "Hi how can i help you?" I took out my laundry bag. He stopped in front of me and took out a piece of paper showing he had a warrant. "We're jus going to search your home quickly ma'am won't take long . Alright?" I nodded. He turned around and made a gesture to the cops. "Will you please go let us in." He winked at me. I looked at Tailan in the window. "One second." I went and opened the door for Tailan. "Just stay quiet ok? Don't say anything okay baby?" She nodded. "Can we make this quick I have to go pick up my little sister in a little while." He nodded. "Of course." I closed my car door and dragged the laundry with me as I held Tailan's hand . "Let me help you with that." He grabbed the bag from my hands and proceeded behind me. I unlocked the house door and walked in still holding Tailan close to me. The detective sat the bag by the couch and the cops rushed in. "I am Detective Mark by the way." He smirked and went up stairs first. While most cops went to the basement first.

"Jasmine your gonna have to bring Aisha over. The cops are still here girl." I rolled my eyes in the camera. "Ok that's coo. And I know how you feel they been over here already.. questioning me and Tori and Aisha. I'll talk to you when I come over there. Text me when they gone." I nodded. "I will . Bye." I hung up the facetime call. Tailan was sleep on my lap her ear on my belly. I smiled playing in her hair .
