Good things occur when you're not expecting it.
AKA: Serendipity
"Tonight's going to be exhausting! You know how many people come for the special events at Euphoria," Hoseok stated while leaning against Jungkook's DJ booth, exhausted from all of the decorating they had just completed.
"Yeah, but the Christmas parties are always my favorite!" Jungkook exclaimed, smiling brightly at the festive decorations and sweet cinnamon smell that lingered in the air, while the snow fell softly outside amidst the lights that were strewn everywhere.
"Why are you still working on these?" Hoseok asked, before reaching over the sound equipment and grabbing one of the origami cranes that Jungkook had just finished folding, "Aren't you two sort of a thing?"
Jungkook snatched the folded paper back carefully, "It's complicated," he muttered, right as Jimin slid behind his booth and made himself comfortable on his lap.
"What's complicated?" the smaller sleepily asked.
"Tae and Kook's relationship," Hoseok informed, Jimin hummed in agreement, while Jungkook ran his fingers gently through the other's pink hair, noticing with amusement how it matched the robe he had on.
"Probably even more complicated than Yoongi and I's relationship," Jimin mumbled contently, "and that's saying something."
"What ever happened after that kiss last week?" Jungkook asked, while Hoseok listened curiously.
"Nothing," Jimin answered with a sigh, "Absolutely nothing. I've tried to talk to him, but he's just acting like it never happened," he balled his hands into fists in frustration, "I think he's even been avoiding me."
"Please don't hit me again," Jungkook whimpered, shoving Jimin off of his lap.
"Again!?" Hoseok questioned with a laugh.
"He gets aggressive when the subject of Yoongi is brought up," Jungkook explained while testing his sound system connection, "the last time I asked him about their relationship he got angry and kicked me in the nuts, I couldn't get that shit up for days!"
"Psh, it's not like you have a need to get it up, you and Tae aren't exactly putting out for each other," the short male pointed out teasingly.
"Shut up," Jungkook murmured, playfully shoving him, while Hoseok laughed loudly over their banter.
"In all seriousness," Hoseok suddenly said, while trying to calm his laughter down, "I think if Yoongi doesn't make a move soon you shouldn't wait around pining after him. I love the guy, but he's too stubborn and prideful for his own good. Not to mention, he's finally almost mended his relationship with his parents and coming home with a boyfriend would ruin that, I'm just not sure if he thinks you're worth it, and you need to find someone who treats you like the prince you are...both of you do!"
