"Hugo!" I exclaim as I see him exit our school, Françoise Dupont High. "Hey hey, c'est Jacqueline! What's up bestie!" We do our friendship handshake. "Nothing much! Mom and dad came back home last night from America! Don't think they forgot about you! Here!" I pull out a book. "OH. MY. GOSH." He snatches it. "The NEW copy of "Madame Coccinelle"?! SIGNED BY DEAN CLOVE?!" "Yep! Dad asked him to sign it because apparently he is Aunt Sabrina's husband." "Really? Your kidding." I smile at my friend's happiness. Just then- "Hah, what are you nerds doing?" "Ugh, go away Marie." A bleached blonde looks at us. "Excuse me?" "I said," I stand up to her height, pushing my brown-blonde hair back, "leave. Us. Alone." She scoffs, "Hah, ironic coming from the daughter of a class bully." I wince. Mom's past. She told me about it. "Huh... well I guess you don't know anything do you? My mom may have been a bully, but she changed." "Only to be with your dad-" "IT WAS BECAUSE SHE WAS WITH HIM, that she changed. Our older siblings tease us in the car and arrive at the Agreste Mansion, where our parents were talking and designing mom's outfit for her next performance. Dad was also going through a few aspects with uncle Adrien. "Now when we go in Emma, let them tell the adults themselves.
