His start with the BAU was rocky, but things eventually got better as he created friendships with his co-workers. Things got a little better as he grew closer to his team, but sometimes, things go a little to go far.

Jackson was confident until he realized his feelings for the resident genius, Dr. Spencer Reid. Feelings shouldn't mix with murder, because it's a recipe for disaster, surely.
