𝙻𝚊𝚑𝚎𝚢 𝙾𝚛 𝙼𝚒𝚔𝚊𝚎𝚕𝚜𝚘𝚗 {𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱}

Chapter Eleven

That night Skylar's phone rang "no." She said when she answered "what do you mean no?" Stiles said "it is 12:15 at night, I am not sitting up and getting out of my bed unless the world is on fire and even then it's iffy." Skylar said and hung up.

She put her phone on the nightstand and went back to sleep, her phone rang again and she groaned "for the love of god ima kill you." She snapped "oh um, bad time?" A girl asked "oh Kira, hey sorry. I thought you were stiles, what's up?" Skylar said as she sat up "well since your like my only friend at school I was wondering if you wanted to come over tomorrow, like a Halloween sleepover." Kira said timidity "sure, sounds fun. Well I'm exhausted so I'm going to sleep, but see you in school." Skylar yawned "sure see you tomorrow." Kira said happily.

The next day at school was mischief day, the day before Halloween. Skylar walked into school and Ethan walked up to her "ugh what do you want?" She snapped as she closed her locker.

"Can you help us get into Scott's pack." Ethan asked "can I yes. Will I no." She said before walking away.

A man set on killing everyone with glowing eyes named William Barrow was somewhere in the school so everyone was split up looking for him.

They couldn't find him so everyone went home, Skylar went to Kira's house and her dad made sushi "I imagine you've been to some impressive sushi restaurant here in California." Mrs.Yukimora said and Skylar nodded "I lived in Japan for almost a year when I was younger, my uncle loved to make me sushi almost everyday." Skylar explained and Mr.Yukimora smiled "really where did you live?" He asked "uh, Matsuyama." Skylar explained "japapnが恋しいですか?" (Do you miss Japan?) Mr.Yukimora asked "時々、それは私たちが住んでいた私のお気に入りの場所の一つでした" (Sometimes, it was one of my favorite places we lived) Skylar said

"I didn't know you lived in Japan." Kira said and Skylar shrugged "I don't like to talk about my childhood all to much." "So what do you parents do?" Mrs.Yukimora asked as they started eating "well my dad is an entrepreneur of sorts and my mom worked at beacon memorial." Skylar explained "worked?" Mr.Yukimora asked "she passed about six months ago." Skylar explained as she swallows thickly "oh I'm sorry." Mrs.yukimora said but Skylar shook her head "it's okay."

The rest of dinner passed smoothly with some small talk being shared, Kira and Skylar sat in Kira's room "sorry about my parents, their nosey." Kira said and Skylar smiled "it's okay, I think it's sweet how interested they are." "What about your parents, what's your dad like?" Kira asked "me and him aren't that close, my parents split when I was born and they had a rocky relationship, he's not really dad material I guess." Skylar shrugged "oh I'm sorry." Kira said and Skylar giggled "Kira we're friends, you can ask me questions about my life with out apologizing."

"So what about you and Isaac? I heard you guys were together but I see him with Allison a lot." Kira asked "yeah we broke up about three weeks ago, him and Allison are togther now." Skylar explained "that's rough." Kira said as she grabbed a piece of pizza "I guess, so what about you and Scottie?" Skylar asked "I don't know what you mean." Kira blushed "oh you so do." Skylar laughed "you like him, he likes you, go for it." "Really?" Kira asked and Skylar nodded "duh!" Kira hid her blush behind a pillow and Skylar busted out laughing.

The rest of the night was filled with conversations about guys and the past, Skylar smiled more than she had in months "thanks for this Ki. It was really needed." Skylar said as they laid in her bed "of corse Sky, thanks for being my friend." Kira smiled "of corse. Everyone needs a good friend they can talk to." Kira replied

Skylar woke up tied to a wire fence, she groaned and raised her head to see a terrified Kira across from her "Skylar are you okay?" She asked "yeah. Yeah I'm fine, are you." Kira shook her head "I'm terrified." Kira said, barrow turned on the electricity and Kira whimpered, barrow took kiras phone and took pictures of the girls "what the hell are you doing?" Kira asked "now they'll believe me." He whispered. He went on a tangent about getting everyone to believe him about the kids with glowing eyes, Skylar heard two heartbeats and she relaxed, she knew it was Scott and Stiles.

They ran in and barrow walked toward Skylar with a live wire "don't." She said, he kept walking forward and touched Skylar with the wire making her turn "god!" She screamed, her tribrid face came out and she growled, barrow stepped back and stared at her, she pulled the chains holding her to the fence off and sped toward him, she sunk her teeth into his neck and almost killed him "Skylar!" Stiles yelled and she dropped him, Scott ran to Kira and stiles ran up to Skylar "are you okay?" Stiles asked and she nodded as she licked the blood of her lip "fine." She said breathless.

The electricity started to crackle and when everyone looked up Kira was absorbing it "woah." Skylar said "that's new."

Skylar went back to her house and Scott took Kira home, when she walked into her house, her phone beeped and she looked at it to see a text from Davina 'Mikael is getting antsy, but I'm almost ready.' 'remember the deal Davina, Klaus is the only one who suffers.' Skylar texted back.

Skylar looked around her house and thought of all of the bad things that happened, she called Kol "Hey, do you think you could get me a new house?" Skylar asked "a new house?" Kol asked and she nodded "too much suffering and pain has happened here, I need a fresh start." Skylar replied "I'll find something." Kol said before hanging up.
