What the hell happened... I still couldn't open my eyes, am I dead?

I felt the needles in my arms, the stickers all over my body, and the arm bands over my left bicep. I could hear the heart monitor beeping slowly so I guess I'm not dead.

"The heartbeat is steady. She'll be alright."

"How long was it flat for?"

"Only a minute. So there should be no damage to the brain."

"I'm surprised shes even alive..."

"What happened out there?"

"Loki said that she was falling, something caught her and then she appeared in Thor's arms before hitting the ground."

"Something caught her? What does that mean?"

"Loki said that she stopped falling all of a sudden and then appeared in Thor's arms."

So these are two nurses or something. What caught me then? What was the loud cracking noise?

"No bones or organs are damaged."

"She's a lucky soul..."

I heard static from a radio and then a curtain.

"How is she?"

"She's stable... somehow."

"Can the team come in?"

"Sure, they must be worried. We will step out in a minute."

"Has she opened her eyes?"

"No."

No... why can't I open my eyes anymore? Am I going to be stuck in eternal darkness?!

I heard some typing and then soft footsteps, quickly followed by louder ones as the team walked in.

"(Y/N)!"

"Leave her be Thor. She's stable."

"I still want to know what happened..."

"I told the nurses exactly what I saw. And you told me you all saw the same thing so we can only get it from (Y/N) when she wakes up..."

"So Pointbreak. You said you're connected to her. Tell us what's going on."

"I don't know exactly. Her heartbeat seems to be picking up a little bit."

"So you are as useful as the heart monitor right next to you?"

"Tony for once will you just shut up."

"Bruce do you think there's any explanation for this?"

"Steve I've said it ten times I dont even remember anything that happened!"

"There has to be something that can explain this..."

"There is. And shes laying on the bed as we speak."

"Tony, I'm willing to bet that (Y/N) doesn't remember it any better than we do."

"He's right..."

I felt a sudden grip on my right bicep, a hand? It couldn't be... it's really strong. It's starting to hurt... what is going on... what's on my arm?! I let out a scream and felt eyes on me.

The heart monitor started beeping like crazy. I also felt the needle in my right arm come out. I squeezed my eyes and clenched my jaw tightly, I felt hands on my legs as the team held onto me. The pain stopped and I relaxed a bit.
