Deku was walking to school just like today was a normal day. But it wasn't. Aizawa had said that he would be making an important announcement and no one could figure out what it might be.
"Maybe we get a extra lesson with a guest hero?" Suggested Ida
"Maybe it's an excursion?" Said Kirishima
All of their suggestions were possible but none of them felt right. When they got to class, Aizawa was waiting for them. That was weird. He was never on time, let alone early. Something must be up, thought Deku.
"Settle down, class." He Said flatly. "I'm sure that most of you are wondering what the announcement will be so be quiet."
The rowdy class fell silent at this.
"Ok. I know it's unusual but we have a new student joining class A-1. Her name is
(y/n) and she is here under special circumstances that I am not aloud to openly discuss. If you want to know them, become her friend and ask her your self. She is following a different set of rules to the rest of you so don't complain. The principal has wrongly decided to give you the rest of the day off to meet your knew class mate. You are all required to come and meet her, as she is on her way here. Come on."
They were lead to the school entrance where a black car was just pulling up. Out of the car stepped two guards and a girl wearing a hoodie and a mask that covered the lower half of her face. She pulled her hoodie down as she got out to reveal that she had short brown hair that curled at the bottom. Deku noticed that she had brown eyes as well. Though her mask hid the bottom of her face and her hair hid the left side of it, Deku could see freckles on her checks. All in all she seemed like a nice-ish girl apart from the hoodie and the mask. Then a feeling of distrust for this girl filled him. She was wearing anti-quirk cuffs. That meant that she was dangerous. Her eyes flickered around, never staying still as if she was looking for a way to escape. Her eyes went from student to student as the guards took off the anti-quirk cuffs. She stood silently just outside the entrance of school as her guards drove away.
"Class, this is (y/n). Enjoy your day off and be nice. I don't want to have to call the principal on her first day." With that said, Aizawa stalked off towards the staff room. After two more minutes of silence, Uraraka stepped out towards the girl.
"Hi! My name is Uraraka. Pleased to meet you." She held out her hand to shake.
(Y/n) stared at the hand before silently shacking it. Introductions continued swiftly like this until she reached Todoroki. He didn't shack her hand.
"Hi. I'm Todoroki. Nice to meet you." He said simply.
"Why don't we go and do something fun?" Suggested Ida. "As class president, it is my job to make sure new students fit in well."
They all mumbled in agreement and walked away. Since hair covered the left side of her face, Deku had a feeling that the girl was hiding something. The at least was obvious.
Who is this girl? thought Todoroki suspiciously, and why does she look familiar? No new students had ever joined U.A midway through a term. They joined at the start like everybody else. This had never happened in the history of the U.A, and Todoroki wanted to know why. Why was this girl being aloud to skip the tests and why was she escorted to school in anti-quirk cuffs? Was she a villain? Was her presence some sort of test? No. He cursed himself for such thoughts. Don't make assumptions. Who ever she is, she was now one of his classmates, who may even become one of his friends. No one deserved to be judged at first glance.

FanfictionThis is a My Hero Academia fan fic. My first actually so please forgive any weirdness. So basically, Todoroki falls in love with the new girl, a villain kid named (y/n). If I accidentally copy anyone, sorry. I don't own the characters or story.
