Niall Officially Breaks My Heart

LOUIS' POV

We were sitting at home being bored, waiting for something to do.  "Lets go see Lexi and Alex!" Harry says.  "Yeah!" Niall says.  We all pile into our van and Zayn looks down at his lap guiltily.  "Zayn, what's wrong mate?" I ask.  "Guys, I didn't trip and hit Lexi yesterday... I actually hit her on purpose." He says.  "WHAT?!?!"  Niall yells.  "I thought she was using us for our money by saying that Alex was N-" He starts but I cut him off. "No one we should worry about right this minute." I say giving Zayn a look then looking at Niall.  He seems to understand.  "What the hell is the matter with you?" Niall says.   "I didn't know..." Zayn says, tears forming in his eyes.  I could tell he felt awful about what he did.  "Niall stop, he already feels bad about it." I say.  "Stay out of this Louis!" Niall snaps. I slap him in the face.  "Cut the crap Niall, he told us what he did. He's crying for crying out loud." I say. Niall glares at me and the car ride is silent for the rest of the time.  We finally get there and knock on the door.  An older woman answers the door.  "Niall?" She asks, shocked.  "Hey, Mary!" He says hugging her.  "Lexi is in the living room, playing with Alex." The woman says again. "Hello!" I say and the woman notices the rest of us.  "Hi, I'm Mary, Lexi's mom." Mary says. We all chorus some hellos and then follow Niall to the living room.  We see him hiding behind a wall looking at Lexi.  She was crawling around on the floor chasing Alex.  "Mommy's gonna get you.... Come here!" She says and Alex squealed a laugh and runs away.  "I got you, baby!" Lexi says taking Alex into her arms standing up.  "You know I love you, right baby?" She asks.  "Yes mommy. You wove me forever and always!" Alex says.  Lexi kisses her nose and smiles.  "That's right baby." She says.  "Uncle Wouis!" Alex yells and Lexi turns around seeing us all.  "Oh hey guys." Lexi  says.  "Can we talk?" Niall asks.  "Sure, we can go back to my bedroom.  Guys she will only be here till 10, my mom is talking her out for the day." She says then leads Niall to her bedroom.  We all move to play with Alex, while she's still here.
LEXI'S POV

I walk Niall back to my room.  "What's up?" I ask.  "I just want to know why." He says and I freeze.  "I can't tell you.  I'm not ready to tell you." I say and try to start cleaning.  If you can't tell already, I clean when I'm upset.   "You're not ready? You.  What about me? Do you know how I feel? Is it because you were cheating on me?" He asks. I stay quiet not wanting to burst into tears. "So you were cheating on me with Alex's father, huh.  You're such a slut." He says and leaves the room.  I let the tears run down my face.  I hear footsteps enter my room.  "Mommy? awe you otay? Why you sad?" I hear Alex ask me.  I look at her through my tears and smile.  "Yes baby, mommy's ok. How about you go tell Grandma that your ready to go ok?" I say.  She nods and kisses my eyes.  I smile knowing she was trying to make me feel better.  She runs off and Louis enters my room shortly after. "What did he say to you?" He asks.  I shake my head and he sighs.  "We're heading out, Call if yo need anything." He says and walks out.  I release my tears once more.  I know Alex will be gone for the day  so I put on a sad movie and snuggle into some blankets.  A few hours, and a million used tissues later, I was eating ice cream and yelling at the girl on my television.  "Lexi, honey, we're home." I hear my mother call out.  "I'm in my room, don't let Alex see me like this." I say.  My mom walks in and sighs.  "I'll take Alex out again tomorrow and give you a day to recollect yourself." She says. I thank her and wipe my eyes.  I walk into Alex's room and kiss her head, humming a soft tune.  "Feel better mommy, be happy." She whispers and closes her eyes.  I sigh, I don't like being upset in front of Alex; it shows her that there are things in this world that can hurt her.  I walk back into my room and reach for the picture I keep under my pillow.  It's gone.  Where did it go?! I pull out my phone and call Louis.
Phone Conversation
Lou:What's up?
Me: Where's the picture that was under my pillow?
Lou: Ummm.....
Me:Lou I need it!
Lou: I thought I put it back! I have no clue where it is- Wait I found it, it's with me
Me:LOU!!
Lou: I'm sorry, I really thought I put it back.
Me:Just bring it back tomorrow!
Lou: I will, I will. Night Lexi
Me: Night Lou

I hang up and sigh.  Well I should at least try and get some sleep.

The next day consisted of me watching more television and cleaning the house.  The boys didn't come over, which I was happy for. I didn't want them to see me when I was upset.  Maybe I should leave.... I could get a fresh new start with Alex and we could try to be happy... I don't know what to do anymore.
