9. Most of Hensley's childhood is a blur to her. Any of her past psychiatrists say she locked the trauma away deep in her mind so she doesn't need to face it. Her father was abusive towards both her and her mother after she was not born as a boy. When her two older brothers got older and wiser to the situation, they called the cops on him to help their mother and sister get out of their situation. Hensley got very close to her brothers following this. When she was in her grade twelve year of high school, she decided she wanted to get into law to help women like her and her mother. As she was starting her second year of university, her oldest brother was shot in what their family believed to be a hate crime. While she was incredibly torn up, she and her other brother decided to use this as a way to become stronger.
