We arrive to the house, I quickly walk in and see everything in the same place. I immediately go to my room, as I walk in I get a weird feeling. I peak into my closet and see the box still there, I scan my finger and retrieve the blood. I turn here and see Leon standing there, looking at me. I quickly walk over to him, taking his hand, palm facing up. He watches me as I place the container in his hand, I close it and exhale.
(Y/N)- "You could drop me off at your house, I rather have you take this back." He nods and grabs my hand, we leads me out the door. I feel relieved, like a burden was finally lifted off me.
I get on the motorcycle, and as we ride back I remember the dream I had. Before this started, Piers led me to this end. He's looking out for me, I hope he's looking out for Chris too. I hop off the motorcycle and go into the house, not turning around. I press my back up against the door and close my eyes.
(Few Days Later)
I see darkness, with a little glare. I feel a nudge on my side making me turn to Leon, I feel the sun warming my skin. I smile as Leon pulls something out of the basket, I look around and see kids happily running around and playing. We decided to go to the park, for a little vacation. I cross my legs and notice Leon pull a box out.
(Leon)- "Should I even ask?" I shake my head no, and hold out my hand. The ring is so beautiful, it glistens it the sunlight, the diamond shining brightly. "Like it?"
(Y/N)- "Why wouldn't I?" I lean and kiss him lightly on the lips. I let my head rest on his chest, I look up into the sky and enjoy this time. I then hear him speak up, I look at him and see him also looking around.
(Leon)- "Wanna go home?" I shrug and get off of him.
(Y/N)- "Sure, but I'm taking a big nap when we get there." I say hopping up, I watch as he slowly gets up and grabs the basket. I decide to grab our blanket, holding the bundle with both of my arms. We start walking to our car while talking.
(Leon)- "Could I join you?"
(Y/N)- "I don't see why not." He smirks as me as we finally arrive to the car, I set down the blanket as he drops the basket. I close the trunk and walk to the door. After a few minutes of driving he places a hand on my thighs. "Hey! Don't you dare Mr. Kennedy. I'm making you wait til' our honeymoon."
(Leon)- "Tease." I hum in response and watch the trees pass by, until we finally arrive to our house. I get out and go to the entrance, Leon follows and unlocks the door.
Not even a few seconds through the door he already takes of his shirt. I roll my eyes and watch him go to our room. As I walk in he plops down on the bed, I take off my shoes and get in next to him. I turn to my side, facing away from him. I then feel his arm around my torso, feeling his body heat getting closer. I close my eyes, and slowly drift off to sleep, Leon has to leave again, I'm not sure when but I think I'll be okay for once.
Both Leon and I feel a thump on the bed, I jolt my eyes open and look down. Winter is on the end of the bed, I watch him go in a circle a few times before finally laying down. I look away and close my eyes, I need to get used to this from now on. As I drift off I hear Leon's light breathing and heartbeat. Glad to know he's relaxed, usually he's stressed about something, mostly he's stressed about work. Does that make me his stress reliever? I chuckle very softly and shake my head.
