Life hasn't gotten any better after Ardorot's death. Our parents found little flaws in all of us and punished us for all of them. Evie was almost starved to death, when her mother thought that she was getting 'to fat'. Evie and I have started dating, but we aren't officially together, but we both know about the other's feelings.

Right now, the four of us were roaming the streets causing our usual mess.

As we finish off our little routine of reeking havoc, a small boy rode by in a wagon. I walk over and grab a lollipop from his tiny hands. Everyone around were laughing, as I held the thing up in the air. I look at my friends, before everyone starts to run off. I knew Mom was behind us with her army of goons.

"Hi Mom." I say turning to face her. Hayden stood next to her, his head hanging low.

"Stealing candy Mal? Aren't we better than that?" Mom asks giving me a disappointed look.

"It's from a baby." I say holding it out to her. She smiles and grabs it from me.

"That's my nasty little girl." She spits on it 'cleaning' it. "Give it back to the dreadful creature." I watch as Hayden goes and hands the sugar stick back to the younger boy.

"It's all about the deats Mal. We need to show them the difference between mean, and truly evil!" Mom says waving at the woman pulling the boy's wagon, probably his mother. I roll my eyes and cross my arms.

"Oh, there's news. Bury the lead." Mom says, the three men she brought and Hayden coming up behind each of us.

"You five, have been chosen to go to a new school... In Auradon." As soon as Auradon leaves her mouth, the four of us turn to run. Unfortunately, mom had us blocked form leaving. Hayden picked me up and spun me around. I groan and look at her.

"I'm not going to some boarding school filled to the brim with prissy pink princesses!" I exclaimed.

"And perfect princes!" Evie says coming up behind me adding her thoughts. I knew she was acting it, but I still gave her a glare. "Ew!" Evie says stepping back, keeping her head down.

"I don't care what you want Mal. It's all about what I want!" Mom cuts in turning and walking away. "We will talk more at home." I sigh and follow behind her, the others right behind me.

Evie:

We were all standing in Maleficent's kitchen listening to her plan. Mom was sitting at a table filing her nails. Her eyes were locked on me, probably looking for reasons to beat me. Mal was standing in front of me arguing with her mom. I could see she was stressed out, but I couldn't help her while everyone was in the room. I stood silently in my spot and watched the scene unfold.

"You will go, and you will bring me back Fairy Godmother's magic wand. Easy peasy! And if you don't your grounded for the rest of your life. Both of you." Maleficent says leaning back in her seat.

"What's in it for us?" Mal asks crossing her arms again.

"World domination, his and hers crowns." The evil woman says shrugging. I roll my eyes as Carlos steps forward.

"I think she meant us." He says motioning to the five of us. Maleficent rolls her eyes.

"It's all about us kids. Ruling the world side by side, not a care in the world. Forget about maintaining a friendship, we could oversee everyone!" The woman exclaims, her words hurting a little. Mal looks back at me with a blank expression.
