I slowly walked outside to the student parking lot I felt stupid looking for Jabari so I walked down a few lots watching students seniors leave and some guys running the track after about ten minutes had past I was well over the wild goose chase so I decided to walk home as I was walking off the school Premises a black cobra slowly stopped beside me the window was tinted pitch black so I couldn't see so I just continued to nervously walk the the side window rolled down revealing that it was no other then Jabari "So you just gone ignore me nigga I know you saw my messages." I rolled my eyes and kept walking all the annoyance and anger coming back to me at once and to make it even worse he took it upon himself to put the car in park hoping out and waking towards me. When he came closer I never really realized how tall the guy was till he stood in front of me he looked like a huge mountain shadowing over me "I know you hear ........damn yo short ass"
Was ironically the first words he uttered to me .
" Is that what you what you wanted to say to me that's what the whole fuss is about huh "I'm short" I'll have you know I'm a solid 165.1 centimeters which is almost above boy average but hey thanks for letting me know ass." I scoffed at him trying to walk around him but he stepped in front of me . " I still see yo ass got a bold mouth on you considering we both know how the outcome will be." He laughed blowing the little patients I did have so I grabbed his shoulders stepping him aside (which was rather difficult trying to move his big heavy self over with my small arms ) him to the side to continue to walk home and he yet again I'm blocked my way so this time with frustration built up I shoving him out of the way but this time managing to get some distance between us "man get out of my way and leave me alone please." Passing his way before I could even make it in the clear he grabbed the strap of my backpack jerking me back ticking me off "get away from me" He grabbed my arm "ayyyy ayyyy chill out I was only messing man take a joke" I wasn't buying it snatching away "come on Bambii I'm.Im sorry Bambii , I'm sorry about yesterday that was a real dick head move of me I know that. I disrespecting you in your own home and all I can say is ...... is you I huuuh just please listen to me please." He said it almost sounding sad and remorseful so I stopped walking dead in my tracks turning and walking up to him looking him in the eyes this time "What do you want ?" I asked trying not to show how nervous I was
"Come with me let's go"

"Come with me"
" ugh no you said you wanted to talk to me not take a ride so we're talking now. what do you want better start talking or imma just bounce I got homework to finish so I'm asking again what do you want ?" I asked again , this time he rolled his eyes annoyed and let out a huge sigh "will you at least just .Just let me you know what never mind look I'm sorry I bothered you. He said sounding in defeat walking back to his car " fuck what the hell just happened how did I end up looking like the bad guy ugh really for god corn sake . I turned around jogging to his car knocking on his window before he could pull off and he rolled it down , "take me home ?" I asked softly
"What'd you say"
"I said take me home please.?"
He didn't say anything so I was standing their looking like a lost child then he rolled up the window up and a few seconds later opening the passenger door letting me in and driving off.
The ride was silent for a good minute till I decided to brake the awkwardness "so what did you want Jabari?" The question that still haven't seemed to find and answer to it yet he still didn't say anything just keeping his eyes on the road I sighed and gave up on asking him sitting in the passenger-seat looking out the window
"I honestly don't know " he finally said still looking at the road.
" so you wanted to meet up with me just to ride is that what you're telling me ?" He started to laugh
"What's so funny ?" I snapped
" I'm laughing at you and first off drop that little attitude you got going on. And second didn't you just not to long ago ask me to take you home." I didn't answer him because I was cursing myself out on how stupid I just looked feeling my face getting hot from embarrassment
" I hate you're fucking mouth you know that the words you say makes your face so slap-able ya know least where I'm from." I rolled my eyes at the comment " well thank god im not from your hood right." I honestly wasn't thinking when that slipped out realizing how rude it sounded coming out of the pearly gates
" see that shit right there gets you punched in ya shits no questions asked. We'd came to a stop in front of my house which as usual empty
"Well here we are" Bari said putting the car in park.
"Yeah well thank you and thanks for the advice I guess I'll try to talk less next time I said sarcastically. Grabbing my stuff to get out " wait!" He said I looked up at him giving him my undivided attention " look I really am sorry about yesterday and I-
"You already apologized it's cool I promise." I told him " No what you told me yesterday made me angry. So angry I really wanted to hurt you but at the moment well now having time to think about it you. You were right and that made me even more upset knowing you were right I just have a lot on me man and that's not even close to a good excuse but it's the truth but I still shouldn't have taken my anger out on you .I-I Never-mind he stopped talking but I touched his shoulder to let him know it was okay and I took my book bag back off sliding back into the seat closing the door. " man being like that just reminded me of someone in my past and I never want to become who they were and I know I've said this a lot already but I really am sorry Bambii and I hope you can still study with me because I hate to say it but I really do need help. But ion wanna hold you up anymore then I've already have but guess that's all I wanted to say to you be safe I guess .
Something inside. Of me I couldn't explain so I just smiled at him holding my fist out to dap him up "yeah you be safe too Jabari." And thanks for the ride ." No problem you can um start car pullin with me call it an extended apology l chuckled getting out putting my backpack on watching as he pulled off shaking my head
" hahhahaha he's something els I mumbled to myself walking into the house....
