Me: Howdy! Here's chapter 8 my peeps! xD I will start to do a new chapter but make it as long as 2000 words maybe slightly more cause, why not? I will add a very old character from the original Sonic cartoon, and he is going to be Aqua love interest(it was originally going to be Silver but I couldn't resist this character cause I never seen any love stories of this character) Enjoy!

Aqua's POV
"I said; get your slimy metal hands OFF my friend!! Hiyaa!"
I stood frozen, watching Amy; the sweet but tough pink Hedgehog smashing the two Eggbots with her famous weapon 'Piko Piko Hammer'. She panted after the Eggbots were smashed into pieces.
"A-Amy...?" I flinch, cold sweated when she snaps her glare at me.
I almost was tempted to run the heck away when she stormed over to me, I thought she was going to hit me with her Piko Piko hammer, but I was wrong. My eyes widen in shock when she suddenly hugged me.
"Idiot...." She whispered near my ear while she hugged me "You're not alone anymore Aqua, all you needed to do was just ask for help."
She pulled back smiling kindly at me holding my hands.
"Amy...." Tears threaten to escape, my heart clench, and happiness hits my heart.
"I agree with Ames." I jump startled, Sonic zoomed to Amy and my side grinning.
"S-Sonic....?"
He winks giving me a thumbs up, I felt so overwhelmed by their kindness I tackled Sonic hugging him tightly.
"Th-thank you s-so much!"
He hugged me back chuckling, I step away smiling shyly. I apologized but he shrugged smiling at me. I never knew this but...Sonic is like a brother to me, Amy was like a tough sister. Cream was my adorable little sister, Tails was the smart little brother. I may have forgotten my past but...these people- strangers, helped me more than anyone ever could, giving me a roof over my head, friendship, and most of all....a family. They're my family, well crazy weird family but they're my crazy weird family.
"Now, here you go, I believe this belongs to you milady."
I gasp when he shows me the Fire Crystal Orb in his hand! But my happy smile turns into a frown, I gently pick up the Fire Crystal Orb from Sonics hand. My fear hit my heart.
"No..."
"Aqua? What's wrong?" Amy spoke up walk over to my side worried.
"The Fire Crystal Orb...i-it's..." shadows cover my eyes "It's tainted." Both look at the Fire Crystal orb in my hands, gasp in horror.
The Fire Crystal Orb was one of the fierce's, but strongest element and it wasn't glowing. Now it lay in my trembling hands, dull, and crack across the orb. I have...failed, I failed the Fire Crystal Orb, I failed Rosa, and most of all I failed the worlds! Now, because of my failure, the people and animals will perish.
My legs felt weak, falling to the ground staring at the dull crack orb of the fire. I blocked everything out, I felt...stupid. I let Eggman take the Fire Crystal Orb, I'm a failure.
At Chris's House
Five Hours Later
Everyone; Sonic, Amy, Tails, Knuckles, Cream, Cheese, Chris, Garnet, and Bianca sat around the living room in silence. It was a sad moment, their new friend locked herself in her room, and they can hear her sobs causing some to lower their ears in sadness and hopelessness.
