Chapter 6 - Homecoming

(Katrina's POV)

Even though my I'm still hurting like hell because of the breakup, I'm happy. Liam is coming home today!!!!! I could play my newest song for him in person, and I'll get to meet all of his band mates! Because Li's coming home today, Aunt Karen let me skip school, thank God! If I went I wouldn't be able to concentrate on anything... LIAM'S COMING HOME!

　

　

(Liam's POV)

I'm so excited! We're on our way to my home now! I'm going to see mum, dad, and Katrina! I could finally hold her and tell her everything was okay. I know she's hurting a lot with the whole breakup. She tries to hide it when we Skype, but I can read her easily. It's tearing her apart inside.

When we pulled up in front of my house, I was surprised to see fans waiting out in the front yard. As soon as I stepped out of the limo, I saw Kat run out of the house. She pushed through people, as did I. I picked her up and spun her around. She started laughing.

"LIAM! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!" She said through her laughter. I haven't heard that in a while.

"Kit-Kat, there is no way you missed me more than I missed you."

"You wanna bet?"

We smiled and I kissed her forehead. Man I missed her. Words can't describe how good I feel right now. We all walk inside my house and mum and dad are waiting in the living room. Mum looks as if she's about to be in tears.

"Ello mum."

"Liam, I missed you so much."

I hugged her and dad and walked back over to the lads to properly introduce them to everyone.

"Mum, dad, Kat, this is Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, and Louis Tomlinson. Lads, this is my mum Karen, my dad Geoff, and you pretty much know that this is my cousin Katrina."

"Nice to meet you ma'am." Harry said to mum.

"Oh please, call me Karen, all of you."

"Alright."

I noticed Niall was quiet, which was pretty unusual. Usually i can't get him to stop talking, not as much as Lou, but still.

"Hey, you alright lad?"

"Oh, yeah. I'm brilliant." I noticed his eyes wondering over to Kat.

"Oh. Now I get it."

"Get what-"

"Hey Kat come here for a second." I interrupted him.

"Liam no-"

"What's up Li?"

"Have you witnessed a mighty Horan Hug yet?"

"Can't say that I have." She says. Then turns to Niall. "But I want to. Come here blondie!"

She grabs him, and he wraps his arms around her. I see his face start to ease.

　

　

(Niall's POV)

This might just be the best day of my life. I was still holding Katrina in my arms. She was amazing. Even if she is two years younger than me, she was perfect. The way her eyes sparkled when she smiled, the way her curls bounced when she was excited. She was just... I don't know...

"Hey. I want a hug to! Don't hog her Nialler!" Harry says making us jump.

"Okay. Come here green eyes."

She wraps her arms around his neck, making me beyond jealous. I'm not a violent person, but if Harry doesn't let go of her in the next few seconds, someones going to have a black eye...
