"He'll be fine..." Marcus mumbles to his wife. "Ladybug has never failed."

"What if she does now?" Susanna asks. She tries to control the shaking in her hands, but her son is in danger! Things were so hopeless, she couldn't do anything about it.

Marcus stayed silent at her comment.

"Lucky Charm!" Ladybug threw her yo-yo into the air. It created... a hair dryer? She caught it and jumped away just in time as Art Mistress fired at her, not giving her a break.

"Are you gonna blow us all away with your hair styling skills?" Cat joked.

"We need to find a way to get close enough to her to break her paintbrush," Ladybug shouted, ignoring his comment.

"Stay still for one second!" screeched Art Mistress at Cat Noir.

Ladybug looked around the room She spotted the paintbrush gun, Art Mistress' apron, the hair dryer she got from her Lucky Charm she had in her hands, and an electrical outlet in the wall behind Art Mistress that thankfully had not been covered by paint.
"I know what to do!" Ladybug said with a smile. She began to make her way to the outlet.

Art Mistress fired a shot at her and Ladybug ducked to avoid it, but was forced to step into a spot of the sticky paint on the ground. Her foot stuck, and the sudden stop threw her body forward onto the ground.
"Gah!" She gasped, her foot unable to move. No matter how hard she pulled, she couldn't get it free.

"Milady!" Cat shouted in worry.

Art Mistress turned 180° from Ladybug to face Cat and took the chance to fire. He was caught off guard, and the paint struck him, sticking him against the wall.

"Cat!" cried Ladybug.

"I did it, Hawk Moth! I got them both!" Art Mistress cheered. "Now who's Miraculous to take first?"

"Take Cat Noir's first, Ladybug will transform back soon!" Hawk Moth replied.

Cat struggled against the thick paint holding him against the wall, but it was no use. He was stuck.

Ladybug watched hopelessly from the ground as Art Mistress walked up to Cat Noir to take his ring.

"Cataclysm!" he yelled. Black energy flooded his hand.

"Wait, stop!" Hawk Moth warned. "He's used this trick before! Don't touch his hand!"

Art Mistress pulled her hand back as Cat released a sigh of relief.

"Ladybug?" Nathaniel whispered, peeking over the desk he was hiding behind with Marc and Lila. Ladybug turned her head to acknowledge him. He climbed over, making sure to avoid stepping in the paint that covered the floor.

"Nathaniel, hold on!" Marc hissed, but Nathaniel kept going.

"Nathaniel, you're my last hope!" Ladybug said. She tossed him the cord of the hair dryer while still holding the actual dryer. He caught his end.
"I need you to plug this into that outlet!" She motioned to the outlet in the wall as she used her elbows to pivot herself so she was facing the back of Art Mistress, still preoccupied with Cat Noir. She set the hair dryer to the highest setting.

"Easy, just fire your glue paint at his hand, and his Cataclysm will automatically be used on it. Then you can take the ring," Hawk Moth instructed Art Mistress.

"Yes, Hawk Moth." Art Mistress aimed her gun at Cat's hand. He looked away and closed his eyes. She pulled the trigger.

Suddenly, she heard a loud whirring noise from behind her, and her apron suddenly flew up in front of her. She fired straight into her apron and the paintball exploded into a sticky mess all over her. Her apron was stuck to the hand holding her gun, which was completely coated in a layer of paint, and her face was covered in the paint as well.
