4- Upgraded Intuition

"Fck! fck! fck! this must be a bad dream right? fck why did I get bumped in with an upper moon? fckkkk"

The demon was immobilised for a second and took a very huge damage. Both of his arms got cut off, he almost got beheaded and his legs started bleeding. He noticed the sun is fast approaching so he ran away at his fastest speed. Yoru went unconscious. When the sun has fully risen, Zenitsu and Nezuko visit the village in the west (where Yoru lives) and immediately reported the demon raid that has happened. Everyone in the village was found dead except for Yoru. He was just unconscious but he still has pulse. Zenitsu took him to the butterfly estate and Nezuko helped the kakushis in burrying and giving prayers for the dead people.

Butterfly Estate

Yoru is now resting in the butterfly estate and had Agatsuma Mirei to take care of him. It's been 8 hours but Yoru still hasn't regained his consciousness. Kanao came to check on him. After a little while Tanjiro came to check Yoru as well.

"He was lucky enough to survive" Tanjiro said to Kanao.

"No he isn't lucky. He fought for his life" Kanao said and looked at Tanjiro.

"huh?"

"I don't know what he did but I'm sure he did fought with a demon. When Zenitsu brought him here he was covered in blood,demon blood and he got many broken bones. Surprisingly at a span of 30 minutes all of his broken bones went back to normal but the thing is, he's still unconscious"

"in a span of just 30 minutes his broken bones went back to normal? isn't that a thing only demons can do?"

"yes"

"but it's weird. I didn't smell any demon here"

"maybe it is just his special abilities"

When the sun went down Yoru finally regained his consciousness. Nobody was there with him because everyone is still out for training. Even Mirei left because Kanao told her so. Yoru stood up and was about to leave the mansion but on his way out, he met Sabito.

"Stop. It's not safe for you to go anywhere" Sabito said with cold eyes.

"I need to save my family" Yoru said.

"You know what happened. Stop being childish"

"No! I can still save them. I just need to kill that demon then I'm gonna save them!"

"Stop Takeuchi" Sabito said, blocking Yoru's way out

"Get out of the way!" Yoru shouted and accidentally pushed Sabito.

Yoru's POV

The moment I pushed Sabito away, another fragment memory flashed to my mind which caused a sudden headache. It was a memory of a baby laughing genuinely.

"I love your smiles, Kage. You have your father's smile. You are indeed a charm. I love you my son"

A woman was talking to a baby named Kage. That woman... was a former Hashira.

Ko... Kocho Shinobu?

and.. who... who's Kage? Lady Shinobu has a son?

"Yoru! Sabito!" Mizu shouted, worried. She ran fast to those two and help Sabito stood up from the ground.

"Sabito are you okay?" Mizu asked.

"I'm fine"

"How about you Yoru? what's going on with you two?"

"I'm going to save my family" Yoru said and ran to their village and the Kamado twins followed him.
