My alarm went off on my phone I hurried and shut it off before I wake Zakary
I got out the bed and stretched I got my work clothes from out the closet and headed to the shower
In the shower thinking about how Zakary so apologetic I should be the one apologizing for saying amarie isn't his kid because I see how it hurt so much to him and he the only father figure in her life he has been there so I should be apologizing
*knock knock*
I jumped the knocks interrupted my thoughts
"Naomi?"
"Yess?"
"Aye ima see you later I gotta take Kaden to school what u doing after work?"
"Going to go see amarie"
"What time you get off ?"
"At 4"
"Alrighty imma come back and take you to work so we can roll together to the hospital"
"I have a car Zakary"
He chuckled
"Stop being so damn independent and let me waste my gas for you "
He laughed again
"Okay get going get the key off the table and lock me in "
"Alright love"
Them words sent shivers through my spin
I ignored the feeling
When I heard the front door close and lock
I finished washing up
And got out the shower my hair is all droopy wet
I got out my tooth brush
And my towel and started doing my morning hygiene
I got my face wash and applied it on my face
I let it sit for 3 mins and then washed it off
That's when I heard the front door open
Zakary came upstairs
"Hey Nomi"
He chuckled
"Your not allowed to call me that "
He leaned against the dresser
"Why am I Not"
By this time I was done with everything I just needed to put my shoes on
"Cause kaden gave me that name its only for his use"
"Otay i was just trying to see if you loyal "
I smirked
"You should know that I am but I'm ready knuckle head"
"Mhm mhm mhm would you look at that you even look sexcc in uniform "
I chuckled
"Boy come on im going to be late"
I grabbed my phone and my key and headed out the door
We got inside Zakary car
"Could you stop at Shipley's "
"Yes mam"
we put on our seat belts and rolled
It seems like it was traffic but it was easy traffic to get through
We pulled up to Shipley's park in lot
And got in the line
"Did you give kaden breakfast?"
"Nah"
"ugh why"
"Cause there is school food shidd we had to eat school food you think I finna buy him some food when I ain't seen a report card yet? "
" I don't let him eat school food he said it hurt his stomach"
"So and? It hurt my stomach and I tore that shit up if u stop feeding my man this fast food maybe the school food wouldn't hurt he ain't a Baby "
He pulled up to the speaker to order
"hold on a second plz"
"aiite"
"I don't care he my baby and imma feed him because he don't wanna eat that nasty food"
"You still on this? Shiid go broke feeding him money food everyday"
I rolled my eyes
"Okay what would you like to order?"
"Um I would like 2 kolaches some orange juice and a bag of mini donuts"
I yelled over zakary
