After they had finished dinner, she was sent upstairs to go to bed. Elisa trailed behind her, as they both walked into Isabella's room.
"You can change if you want to," Elisa said, opening the huge closet that ran from one side of the room to the other.
Isabella's jaw dropped, realizing the amount of clothes that were hung up inside. It was too many. She was sure that she could wear different clothing every single day of the year. No repeats.
"It's just like you left it," Elisa said sadly.
They both smiled at each other, as Elisa pulled her in for a hug.
"I love you so much, Bella."
Isabella hesitated to say it back, but before she could stop herself, the words were drowning out of her mouth.
"I love you too, mo--Elisa."
Elisa pulled away, not reacting to Isabella's words.
"Well, I guess I should leave you for the night. I'm pretty sure Owen will show up next morning." Elisa said, laughing.
Isabella smiled back, trying to keep the blush from falling upon her cheeks. But Elisa didn't notice. And God, was Isabella thankful for that.
"Take all the rest you need, Bella." Elisa said, placing a hand on Isabella's shoulder.
"Thank you so much," Isabella replied.
"There's no need for thanks...Also, you can just snap to turn the lights off. Thought you might want to know."
And with that, Elisa smiled and turned to leave. After she left, Isabella decided to change into comfy clothes, looking down at her ugly yellow t-shirt and blue jeans. She picked out a fluffy, blue top and black pants that looked like they were comfy. And yes, she was right. They were definitely comfy. She moved to her massive bed, and settled down, underneath the decorative lilac blanket that was filled with flowers. She snapped once, and the lights turned off. She snapped again, and they turned on. Wow, she thought. She admired her surroundings for a minute, until her eyes began to close. She snapped one last time, and the darkness hit. This was it. Her new home. Her new family. Her new friends. And her new world. It was time to move on. Yes, she had to leave her human parents...but everything was finally coming together. She belonged here. It was what she was meant for.
