Y/N's POV

I went outside with Yangyang to see his family having breakfast at the garden.

"Oh, are you okay now?" His mother curiously asked me as I nodded.

"That's good" She said.

Yangyang pulled out a chair for me as I just stare at it.

Because of my curiosity about knowing how the chair feels like, I leaned down to feel the foam on the chair and slowly smile at the feel of it.

"...Are you gonna take a sit orrrr?" Yangyang asked me as I immediately look at him and sit down on the chair, embarrassed.

So this is how the chair feels like...

I look down on the floor as I got shy while Yangyang sat beside me.

"Let's eat..." His mother said before eating.

I stare at the spoon and fork on front of me then move my eyes on the shiny plate, staring at my reflection.

"Hey, what's wrong? Why are you not eating yet?" Yangyang's mother suddenly asked making me look at her immediately.

I look down at the things on front of me as I slowly pick up the spoon and fork.

How to eat food like humans?

I look at them to see them using the spoon to scoop up some food while the fork is used to pick up some other food.

I tried copying their movements and tried to use the spoon and fork correctly.

I get some of the food using them and putting them on the shiny plate.

I use the spoon to scoop some food and eat it.

Wow, this tastes great!

"You like it?" Yangyang's mother asked me, maybe she saw the amazement on my face when I tasted the food.

I nodded happily at her.

I look at my side to see Yangyang smiling at me.

I swear, I felt my heart beat stopped for a minute.

I stared at him for a while before moving my eyes on the boy at the other side of the table staring at me.

I suddenly got shy and look down.

"You have to finish your food, it's getting cold..." Yangyang's mother said to me as I continued eating.

I was currently at the living room right now, walking around the room, looking around the area.

I look at some family pictures of them until my eyes stopped at those baby pictures of Yangyang.

He's so cute...

I'm really glad that I met him when we were still children.

And I...really wanted to tell him that I'm the one who found him in underwater and save him.

"There you are..." Yangyang's mother said as I turn around to look at her.

"Wanna sit down with me on the couch and have a little conversation?" His mother asked me and I nodded slowly.

I walked to couch she was talking about as I sit on it at the same time as her.

Wow, this couch is comfortable like the chair.

I felt comfortable sitting on the couch, I never really like sitting on the giant rock back when I was still a mermaid, i don't love the feeling of the rough surface rubbing against my scaly tail.
