Chinatsu is too chaotic to handle, honestly. I don't like her that much. She forces herself on Yui and also Akari MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the entire show. She's a cute-looking demon, if I had to be entirely honest with you.
This is the start of a Haruka-level hatred within Yuru Yuri.

I prefer Tomoko (her sister) over Chinatsu any day. She seems genuinely nice to Akane and there have been a few (not forced) moments between the two. At least she doesn't force herself on Akane like Chinatsu does with Yui.
