Etymology of name: from Aphrodite, Greek goddess of love and Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom.

Sexuality: Pansexual.

Personality: an easily paranoid young woman, Aphrodite is often seen ignoring people for personal reasons. To some, she may be considered melodramatic but she is just overly emotional and slightly clingy. When she gets over her suspicions about you, she's friendly and dotingly caring. (If you're her crush, she'll be her nice side to an extreme degree.)

Appearance: Aphrodite has golden eyes and dark purple hair that she usually keeps in a braid that goes halfway down her waist, she has pale skin that is easily burned by the suns rays, so she's barely outside in summer. She often wears orange clothing, usually a ballgown and high heels, but is seen sometimes wearing a black crop top with grey overalls. She wears purple tortoise shell glasses that she uses to read, and has a pair of green sunglasses that she positions on her head when she isn't directly wearing them.

Type resonance: strong fairy and psychic type resonance, with slight bug, dark and ghost type resonance.

Team: Alcremie named Strawberry at level 39. Knows the moves  Dazzling Gleam, Decorate and Sweet Kiss.

Family:

Artemis, her elder sister. She is twenty five and lives in Unova, residing in Accumula Town. She is said to have moved there for research purposes and is described as quite playful and caring. She has pale skin, wavy blonde hair that reaches down to her waist and gold eyes. Is said to wear bell bottom jeans, singlets and UGG boots.

Cosmos, her mother. She is 50 and lives just beyond Route 10 in Galar. She is said by Aphrodite to have slightly greying purple hair and blue eyes. She is said to often wear frilly dresses and be a sweet woman that is nurturing.

Zeus, her younger brother. He is 18 and has moved to Alola for five years to research Z-Moves, which he is said to be very interested in. He has purple hair and blue eyes, both of the recessive genes in the family, and is said to be serious and distant. He resides in Hau Oli city, has hair in a man bun and wears tuxedos.

Her dad, Phobos, passed away when Aphrodite turned 16. He is said to have been kind and playful, constantly helping Aphrodite in her battle and research endeavours. He was said to have had golden hair and golden eyes and dressed very casually.

Relationships:

Family - she used to be on good terms with Zeus, but then he distanced himself from the family and she barely hears from him. She comments that she hasn't gotten a single letter from him since he moved to Alola a year ago.

-She gets along alright with her mother. Aphrodite even comments that she is given too much attention by her mother sometimes and wants to be given a break from the constant calls.

-She gets along really well with Artemis. She hopes to one day save up enough money for a trip to Unova so she could visit her sometime. She gets a call from Artemis at least once a week, so she always knows how her sister is doing.

-She got along okay with her father. She was battling a trainer when she was notified that he passed on, and wishes she could have just said goodbye.

Friendships:

-She's close friends with both Nessa and Sonia.

-she's an acquaintance of Leon's.

-she babysat Hop and Gloria once and said they were angels, but hasn't seen them since.

-She hates to admit it, but she has a bit of a crush on Raihan. They both have a healthy friendship.

-She went to Spikemuth on a whim and met Marnie, who she managed to understand well, due to neither of them being the social type.

Enemies

-Oleana and her sister were rivals at one point, so she can never really talk to Oleana.

-She and Chairman Rose aren't on speaking terms.

-She could never forgive Bede for his actions during the gym challenge, but seemed to understand his motivation.

Crush:

-Raihan.

Battles: Gloria/Victor would battle her twice, once before Opal's Gym when she'll give you the TR for Metronome. ("Here's a gift from me to congratulate you on your win.")

She once again battles Gloria/Victor outside the Route 9 tunnel and gives you an amulet coin and a dusk stone for beating her. ("I'm sorry that I hadn't the chance to give you this earlier... My sincere congratulations for managing to beat both Opal, and Piers.")
