I look around for any Murderous Monarchs but see none.

The man looks at you for a bit

Kars:"Well I'm not some Narcissist that takes 5 minutes to introduce myself."
the man seems to somewhat take offence to it
"Say, Would you know a man by the name of Jotaro?"
Kars:"Yeah I'm Frien- I know his daughter"
"Oh? Jotaro has a daughter?"
Kars:"Yeah her name is Jolyne, she's 3 years old, she lives with her mother In Florida, land of the Local Florida man. I don't know if she smokes but I've seen her chug an entire carton of apple juice in one siting. she is in bed by 6:30 which is her bedtime. she wakes up early at 7:45 and demands to be fed lucky charms but only the marshmallows. what I'm trying to say is--"

kind of rude he Interrupted me but to be nice I'll let him say his peace.
"Well if you'll excuse me, I need to go meet up with H A Y A T O-- uh I mean my son."
and he just walks away hastily, as if he's on a Time Limit.
I'll continue to wander around the city and take in the scenery.
at 8:29 I begin hearing a commotion coming from miles away.
