SORRY ITS BEEN SO LONG! I've been busy with school and other stuff and my procrastination doesn't help (sorry if it's short too!!)
"Surely there is someone in this school that could help you?" Harry said nervously.

"Well for it to be permanent it needs to be love, for it to be temporary..." Draco trailed off

"What?"

"I need someone who doesn't hate me.. there isn't really anyone that fits that criteria." He winced in pain again.

"Pansy?" Harry questioned he was determined to help Draco.

"Slytherins can't do it, Voldemort expected it."

     "Well.. uhm..." Harry stuttered.
"Don't stutter you sound like a fool,"
Draco said.

Even in the worst times he can still make jokes like that Harry thought.

"I don't hate you. I'm in Gryffindor and are your friend."

"Are you sure Harry? I don't want to force you to do something you don't want.."

"I wouldn't of suggested it if I wasn't sure," Harry knew that was a lie, he could remember many examples of him making an impulsive, reckless decision.

"Okay.." Draco was unsure and really wanted to stay close with Harry, he had just made a friend and didn't want to lose him.

Then they kissed. It was quick and simple. Similar to a peck on the cheek just not on the cheek. The feeling of calmness spread through Draco from his lips into his arm. The pain went away, it wasn't slow but it wasn't an instant reaction. It was gone, nevertheless.

"You mentioned it wasn't permanent? How long does it last?" Harry asked trying to fill the awkward air after what happened. Harry didn't mean to make Draco uncomfortable. He also didn't want Draco to think he was uncomfortable. He wasn't. At all.

Draco shook his head and sighed, "I'm not sure, Voldemort didn't exactly give us a list of details for combatting his own curses," he chuckled in a upset tone.

Harry hugged him and said, "Let's ask Hermione she'll know what to do," Draco made a funny face. Sick-looking almost.

"You think Granger can help?"

"I know Hermione can help, she always knows how to handle these situations,"

Draco sighed and said, "I'll trust your judgement then Harry."

He trusts me... Harry didn't know why but this meant a lot to him. "Let's go then i know just where to find her,"

"And where is that?"

"The library,"

So they set off and headed downstairs into the library. And just as Harry guessed there she was. Studying.. something Harry couldn't tell what.

"Hey hermione? We need you're help," Harry said.
