𝙰 𝙵𝚒𝚗𝚎 𝙻𝚒𝚗𝚎 - 𝙳𝚛𝚊𝚛𝚛𝚢- incomplete

Part 10 - potions

"Hey Hermione? We need your help," Harry said.

      She didn't even look up and said, "Let me guess, you and Ron forgot about the Potions assignment due tomorrow and need to copy my work?"

       Poitions assignment? "No, well, yes but no."
She looked at me, cocked an eyebrow then saw Draco standing with me, "Whats going on? The strangest things happen in these fanfics, let me guess love-spell? Bound together? Partners in potions?"

"What?"
    
"Nothing fourth wall joke, whats going on?" Hermione replied. Harry started explaining what happened and then Draco cut in and told her the rest, he explained how the magic worked and asked if she had heard about it before.

Surprisingly she knew just where to look. She led Draco off to the restricted section and took out a key that was given to her at the start of the year since she was the Head Girl now. Harry couldnt see where they went and he stayed outside and waited. They came back with a stack of books.

"These should help you two, they are on dark kinds of magic, this one," she paused and held up a large red book, "is the same one Voldemort read about horcruxes. I'm sure there's more he discovered in here."

"Thanks Hermione, we will tell you if we find anything," Harry said.
"I'll keep looking,"
"Uh Gr- Hermione could you keep this on the down low, i don't want many people knowing."
"Sure thing Malfoy," Hermione was shocked that Draco even knew her first name, "I'm happy to help,"

The boys left the library and went to the eighth year dormitory. It was the middle of the night after all. They were lucky Hermione didn't like parties. As Draco and Harry were the only ones in the room. They sat down in front of the fireplace and got to work. Draco tackled the red book first while Harry went for another one.

Draco suggested taking notes of whatever they find important. They continued like this for a while until the crowd of people came back from the party. It was almost 1AM at this point and they tried to blend in as best they could but that was pretty hard being the only people previously in the room. When Ron saw them he cocked an eyebrow.

"Did you two.."

"No! No no we were just uh studying," Harry said quickly.

"Okay then... if you say so," Ron said suspiciously.

Eventually the room cleared and it was now 12:59. Draco checked the time and realized, "Harry we still don't know how long the kiss lasts."

         "We are about to find out then i guess...3...2....1 now," just as he said it Draco gasped and gripped his arm. He was about to scream when Harry put a hand over his mouth and gestures to the dorms where people are sleeping.
        Harry removed his hand and kissed Draco again. Just like the one before, simple and quick. "Hourly then i guess," Harry sighed they got back to work.

       About five minutes later Draco jumped, "I found it! A full chapter of it," Draco looked so excited.
