lola's wolf but with black on the left ear. ^^

Lola's point of view

I ran upstairs to my room to get into my 'Nicest clothed' no way was I wearing my nicest clothes just so that I could rip them when I shifted, so instead I put on some semi-nice clothes.

A normal pack member would get new nice clothes made for them by their mother but my parents were dead so... I didn't get anything made for me, instead, I had to make do with what I had. I got changed Into a floral dress that was very worn out and far too small for me but It would have to do because I was not touching the dress that my mum gave to me the day that she died it was my only inheritance and I was not going to shred it when I shifted.

When I stepped outside my room I was immediately met with a higher rank soldier clearly here to stop me from escaping but that had not even crossed my mind I knew that there was no way that I would make it, I had tried a couple of times when I was younger but the beating that always followed once I was caught made me accept that It was never going to happen.

He held my hands behind my back like I was a prisoner and marched me down the stairs out the door and onto the front lawn of the packhouse. There was a big turnout which filled me with dread as I knew that they were going to through things at me.

The soldier continued to force me to walk until I was in front of the alpha in his position in the middle of the circle of people, I was then forced onto my knees with my head bowed before I saw the soldier's feet walking away from me, help walking away turning his back on me like I was nothing and I felt the need to call out for help but refrained for the fear of making things worse.

Then the Alpha began speaking "Welcome one, welcome all to this wonderful occasion, one of our little runts is about to shift" He spat the word runts before continuing "now are we feeling patient today?" he asked and the pack responded with a resounding "NO" "Well then shall we speed things up a little".

With that, he began his attack on my mind through mind link and I screamed in pain. I had heard of this being done before where the Alpha helps someone shift by encouraging the wolf to come forward, it was always done with the utmost care, clearly, I did not deserve that care, note the sarcasm. I released another scream as he pushed his way through my head looking for my wolf, I felt it when he found her he stopped moving for a second before proceeding to grab her and bring her to the forefront of my brain. Once there he released her and I noticed that I had lost control Instead my wolf was in control.

I began shifting.

It was torture, I fell over almost instantly as my leg broke. I could feel every bone in my body breaking one at a time, I could not tell how much time had passed, for I could not move nor see as my vision went blurry with tears.

Then It stopped and I was able to breathe but not move for as every bone in my body was broken it had not begun reforming and it was only a matter of time before that happened.

The final stage was nowhere near a painful as the first but I still screamed when my body forced me to roll onto my stomach so my spine my re-line its self.

Then it was over, and I stood shakily on my new legs to hear silence, no one was speaking and it scared me, I looked down at my paws to see what color I was, I was white, no wonder everyone was staring I was not supposed to exist the white wolves had come when there was a war and me being white now while there was no war could only mean that one was coming, I was a bad omen.

Then I heard someone shout "get her" And we bolted we were gone sprinting as fast as we could in our new form. I could hear them behind me, thousand of feet turning into paws as they thundered on the ground in their attempt to get me, but I was gone my paws flying across the ground. I saw a flash of black as a wolf attempted to stop me but dodged it and continued running.

I felt it the second I crossed the pack border as all of my ties to the pack broke, I was now a rouge. This was because If you wanted to leave you had to get permission from the alpha otherwise the second you crossed the border your bond to the pack broke. I saw another blur of black running beside me as that same wolf continued to follow me even across the border.

We suddenly arrived in a clearing and I expected to stop running but instead, we kept running. For days we kept running always in the same direction, crossing rivers roads and battling rouges, That black wolf stayed with me the entire time not attacking me but instead helping when needed, we didn't stop for food and only small amounts of water, Wherever we were going my wolf seemed desperate to get there.

Then we finally stopped and I got a look at where we were, It was beautiful It was a massive clearing surrounded by tall oak trees, with lush green grass full of flowers. In the middle were three massive stones stacked on each other in a tepee shape. This was the clearing of the Luna ellipse, it was just like in the stories dad used to tell me. It was told that...

In a time where the world was at war and the werewolf's so few that we were nearly extinct, came five wolves their fur shone like a new moon, pure white as it was in color. They stopped the war one of them even sacrificing themselves to do so, It was the female the Luna, the leader of the Luna eclipse pack as they called themselves. The males were distraught with sorrow yet they still set out to do everything they can to make sure that they had done everything they could. For years they sorted us out, put us into packs, set up laws and treaties so that we would not fight, and when all was done they all vanished even the body of the Luna was gone the only thing they left behind was all the things they had done before.

As we began to walk in the clearing My wolf sensed the black wolf following us, had us turn around growl ferociously at him he froze in his place. One of his front paws in the air about to step onto the clearing, he got the hint and sat down where he was, content to watch me.

As I continued into the clearing four white wolves crawled out from under the stones and began to walk towards me.
