After I had found Carter, he had told Matthew to take me home. That I wasn't feeling well, which was partially true. It's been a week since the situation with random people happened. I haven't heard from Carter since then. During the first week I had the same people message me to do their homework and such. Matt was in charge of handing their work and receiving the payment. Besides that I had spent most of my time finishing my computer programming college courses.
I was in the kitchen finishing up my app. I wanted to be able to look into the cameras in my location without having to bust out my computer half the time. Matthew was who knows where and Shawn was at school.
My phone started to ring and I looked at the call and it was our old neighbor, Mrs. Evans. She was a very sweet old lady. She was our emergency contact in case anything. She lives back in the city. We haven't spoken after the gang situation, being afraid she can get caught in it. Even though it passed, I just like being safe.
I had stopped typing and debated if I should answer her call. I missed her, she was like a mother to me. I ignore the phone and let it continue to ring. Now, I just avoid her calls. Too afraid I might cry if I heard her voice.
A couple of hours passed by and Matthew came busting through the door. He looked around and spotted me in the kitchen. He hurriedly pulled a chair out and sat next to me. I gazed up at him and he seemed freaked out. "What's up with you? You looked like you saw a ghost" I say to him.
He was quiet, and looked like he was debating on whether to tell me or not. "Well-" Before I started he interrupted me. "If I tell you, you have to try and believe me." I gave him a weird look, I closed my laptop and gave him my full attention. "Lately, my meds aren't working, everytime I take them they don't work. I told the doctor about it and he switched my meds but nothing. Now I can't tell if I'm seeing things or what, but I keep getting flashes when I was lost in the woods when I was kid. Now there's this feeling that something isn't right" He explained to me. "My meds haven't been working either. I have been having night terrors and at school it becomes overwhelming as if I can hear and feel what everyones dealing with" I confessed to him. He fidgeted with his fingers. "What do you think this means?" Matthew asks me. "That we both might be crazy" I say to him. I didn't know what it meant but maybe we were just going crazy.

It was Friday, after Matthew and I finished our conversation. We didn't know what to do, we just left things as they were.
I decided to come to school even, every fiber of my body was telling me to go home. I only needed to give Luke his slide show presentation. It was on a hard drive due to the school being strict about what program to use. I handed it to him at break. Noah was my science partner but he wasn't here so Jason volunteered as my lab partner, before Shawn could. "Have you gotten your college acceptance letters yet?" he asked as he poured a green liquid into the clear mix. "A couple of them came in. I'm just waiting on a few more, that's it" I replied to him. Both liquids started to fog up the table. "Good job, you two," the teacher says. The bell rang and we both got our stuff to leave. Matt was running up to us. He waved at us. We waved back. Ana came up to me.
"Hey what-" Ana was interrupted. I look at her, and my eyes widen. A wolf attacked her. Everyone around screamed soon more started to come and attack everyone. I saw one about to pounce on Shawn. I pushed him out of the way. I was shoved onto the ground and kept pushing on the wolf's head to keep it from biting my head off. Matthew and Shawn tried getting it off me but it would brushed them off as it was focused on me. My hand slipped and I was holding its mouth wide open with all my strength. Its mouth kept getting closer to my head. The wolf was ripped off me by Jason. "Go!" He shouted at me. I looked at him stunned. I was forced up my Matthew. He dragged me up and away. My science teacher had locked the door. We tried going downstairs but there was nothing but wolves. Blood was everywhere. Along with body parts. It was sickening. Matthew led us into an empty classroom. "Hide in the cabinet" Matt says. Luckily there was only a few things needed to move out of the way. Not long after, the classroom door was forced open. "I can smell you" we heard I cover my mouth from making any noise. "Come out of the cabinet before I force you out" we heard the man say. "1...2..don't make me count to three". Matthew shoves me closer to Shawn. He walks out and closes the cabinet behind him. "I know there's more of you," the man says. "It's just me," Matthew explained. "Then open the cabinet, both doors" the man ordered. Shawn and I started using little material in the cabinet to hide ourselves. Matthew was trying to protect us. I could tell he was taking his time walking to the cabinet. Somehow we managed. Matthew opened the doors. We stood still, hiding behind little clothing, used for theater last year. Matthew was relieved. He closed the cabinet door shut. "I told you it was just me-" we heard a loud slap. "You can't fool me," the man says. The cabinet doors were forced open and we were pulled out. We were thrown onto the ground next to Matt. I look and see he had a nose bleed. "Well, well, we finally found you three, '' the man says. "You put me through a lot of trouble just to find you" he says. I looked at the ground, there was no escaping. "To make this short I have to kill you" he says as he grabs a gun. "Starting with you" he points the gun at Shawn. "No!" I shouted. The man looked at me with a smile. "Awww too bad" he takes off the safely. Shawn looks at us, tears start to run down my cheek. I couldn't do anything but cry. He smiled at us as he cried too. I shake my head. The sound of the gun going off was heard, but Shawn was alive. The man was attacked by a wolf. All you could hear are his screams. I grabbed Shawn and pulled him away. I couldn't see due to no light. The man shot the light in the room. Once I felt a wall after bumping into a table. My hand was sliced open due to the shards of lightbulb on the floor.
I stopped and kept Shawn behind me. The only sounds in the room were growls and whines. I closed my eyes and waited until there were no sounds to hear. I heard a growl, come closer. As much as I was scared I prepared to protect Shawn. He's still too young, he needs to live and leave this place, and start his own family. Even if it means I won't be there.
I felt the wolves breath on my face. I was prepared for whatever to come. But nothing happened. The wolf whines. I pull out my phone and turn on the flashlight. The wolf was 3x bigger than a regular wolf. About almost the same as the other wolf we saw. Its eyes were brown and fur light brown. Its eyes they reminded me of "Matthew?" Shawn says. My eyes widened. The wolf puts its head down, while still looking at me. The door slammed open. Matthew jumped in front of us and growled. "Matthew?" The person who came in said. ''Noah" I said as I got up and walked towards him. Matthew stopped me. I looked at Matt with a questionable look. "He's one of them" I heard out of nowhere. I put my hand on my head. "What" I mumbled. Shawn looked at Noah and asked. "What the hell is going on!"
