Chapter 8: Lock your love

___A month later___

....Leila's pov....

I can't believe its graduation already!!! Finally the day has come. Graduation came faster than I thought. The weather was beautiful and I wore my blue, netted sari. My hair was done up in curls and I topped my look with some bright shades of eyeshadow and a red lip. I was looking stunning, well...I always do when I wear a sari!!

My parents and sister were so happy for me. It was beyond pleasant seeing them so proud of me when I went on that stage after they announced my name. "One more step closer to freedom" I thought to myself. Speaking of freedom, my boyfriend is looking so damn hot in the suit he's wearing!!!

"Congratulations, love!!" I told him after the graduation ceremony throwing my arms around him.

"Same to you, babe." He gripped me tight before letting go.

"Can't believe it's finally over..."

"But our life together has just started!!!"

Its gonna be awesome!"

"Judging by how rich we both are at this moment , we can a actually conquer the world!!" He said with great enthusiasm. He's a perfectionist.

"Leilaaa!!!" Tara screams running towards me. That can only be her drunk voice. She was beautifully dressed in a silver body fitting dress.

"Yes, my other love!" I turn to find her and she pulls me in a tight embrace.

"Congratulations!!" She exclaims.

"As well to you!!" I tell her.

"Oh, I'm invisible now!!" Anurag sarcastically tells her.

"Congratulations to you too!! Guess what happened..." And Tara carried on with her long story.

Suddenly the conversation skipped to Kristy's wedding and I was lost as fuck. Luckily, my mom called me and I excused myself to attend to her.

"Family's heading to the casino."

"Okay, I'll make a move then." Tara says. Then she pulls me aside and whispers, "I know how you going to celebrate, be safe!!" She winks at me and disappears.

Anurag come from behind pinching my side. "Oww!!"

"What we doing now?" He asks.

"Do you want to go?"

"Do YOU want to go? He repeats the question.

"I asked first!"

"I'm fine with whatever you want." That's what irritates me the most about him. He can't decide on anything!! "I'll speak to my parents and let you know."

After a while he comes back and informs me that his parents were also going there. So that was cool for us!! We said a short goodbye and left our separate ways.

Few minutes later my family couldn't decide where to have lunch. Can only be my family!! At this point I didn't care. I wanted to celebrate with Anurag.

I get a call from Anurag and I leave to see him. He was waiting outside by the Sushi restaurant across.

"Soooo...are we celebrating our graduation here??" I ask him. "Sushi isn't my favourite..."

"Eww I hate it too" He says in disgust. "Do you want to chill for a while?"

"We got an hour and a half for chilling till my family meets for lunch."

"You really think they'll stick to their time?"

"You know my family too well! Aren't you feeling hot in that suit?"
