I went to bed, but before I could sleep I heard a dinging noise from my phone. I grabbed it and unlocked it. "JESUS CHRIST!!", I yelled. The phone was too bright, so I quickly turned down the brightness.
L: The light is so mean to me.. >~<
J: ILL KILL IT.. NO ONE HURTS MY LIZZY.. >:(
L: PWEASE don't.
J: Okay.. Just for my Lizzy.. ^3^
L: ^-^ ^3^
J: You're adorable.
L: You're handsome :3
J: I need to go
L: Okay. Love you
J: Love you too.
I put my phone down and looked at the ceiling. Still can't believe that it's been 4 months. I decided to make our anniversary day the day I guessed that Joseph liked me. June 16, 2013. Every month on the 16th was special to me and Joseph. But when school started, he rarely saw me. It felt like that I was invisible to him. So after school, I texted him.
L: Joseph.. I think we need to break up..
J: WHAT? Why?!
L: I don't see you that much during school. I thought you would see me after you were done eating lunch.. But you never did.
J: Okay. I understand. You deserve someone better than me.
I dropped my phone and snapped. I bursted out crying wanting him back. I needed comfort and I was so dumb to lose him! What if he was the one?! Now I'll never be loved again! Hours later, I texted him back.
L: JOSEPH IM SORRY!
J: For what? I'm the one whose sorry.
L: You never did anything!
J: I did do something. I broke your heart. So you don't deserve me.
L: Joseph! I need you! You're the only one I want.
J: THERE ARE OTHER MEN WHO ARE BETTER THAN ME SO DEAL WITH IT.
L: But. There's no other man that can treat me the way you do.
J: ... I'll think about it.
