keith sat on the couch with Sam cuddled up to him. Sam was sleeping as his head was keith's lap. keith smiled as he heard Sam's phone vibrate. he grabbed the phone out of Sam's back pocket and saw who it was. his heart stopped. it was lance. his lance. the message said "why are there memes of you and your mother? did you find him?"

keith texted back

keith: Sam is sleeping it's nice to talk to you after seven years

lance: keith? is this my keith?

keith: *in tears* yes honey it's me

lance: hold on let me get everyone and I'll call you

keith: okay

keith put head phones in and gently back off the couch

keith: ready

lance: good

lance called as keith walked down the hall and into his room. he sat down on the bed as lance's face popped up on the screen. keith saw lance, Brandon, Shiro, hunk, pidge, his parents and coran. "hey" they all said. keith was in tears. "oh my god" keith said as he cried softly. he whipped his face but it didn't help. more tears fell. "I missed you all so much" keith said.

"who are you talking to" sam asked walking into keith's room rubbing his eyes. "your father" keith said. "is that sam" lance asked. sam shook his head and mouth "no i'm not here"

keith smiled evilly. "well yes it is" he said. lance looked angry. "sam get over here now" lance hissed. sam ran. " oh we got a runner" keith said as he jumped out of bed and chased his son down the hall. "what did he do" keith asked. "he left with my only picture of us as a family and went looking for you without permission. he's been gone for four weeks" lance said.

"I wanted to meet mom" sam yelled. "come over here and talk to your father face to face" keith yelled at sam. sam came and looked at lance over the phone. "I really wish you would have taken me with you" lace said to sam. sam looked at keith and they both smiled. they both began to sing.

"your don't think we're going to make it do ya. you don't think we're going to last that long" they sang.

lance soon joined in. "hold up, you think I'm a puppy dog don't ya."
