keith stopped in front of two men who looked like servants. one was human. "my name is valkor this is zyrin. if the prince will please follow me, the rest of you all can follow zyrin to the city" the human named valkor said. the other person looked galran and human. keith turned to lance. "it's okay lance i'll be fine" keith said and kissed lance on the cheek. lance nodded and picked up Sam then followed zyrin. as his friends all left, leaving his with valkor, he was shown around.
"everyone around here is both half galran and half another race. your mother wanted you to have a safe pace after she died so she made that picture frame and sent it to you on earth. she knew the risk. and she also wanted us all to have a safe place to thrive. she thought that we would one day be the galran empire if it falls from being over powered by the races it enslaved" valkor said as he walked down a hall full of hologramed people. "this is the hall of leaders. valkor said as he stopped in front of a hologram of keith's mother.
she was in a fighting stance. teeth showing and a sword out but she held a baby wrapped in a blanket in the other close to her chest. "she had her picture like this so she could visit you here and not risk your life. every time she was sad or angry she'd come here" valkor continued as he looked at keith. "she loved you more than anything. it took us hours to find her one time because she had just became queen and we didn't know until later she came here twice a day we didn't know she was here." the man chuckled then looked back at the hologram.
"she was a great leader. and you will be too. follow me" valkor said continuing to walk. keith followed. "this is the throne room then right down the hall to the left is your room and on the right was your mothers" valkor said as he showed keith around. suddenly a loud boom crashed threw the city. the castle shook as keith crashed to the floor. when it passed valkor helped him up. "are you alright" he asked. "yes were is my family" keith asked as another boom was heard.
"the city but we can't run there we don't have enough time. I have a faster way" valkor said as he ran down a hall. keith followed as he asked "enough time? what's happening". "our forces found that some of the galran empire wants to destroy us and all the races. we've been holding them off until you got here but it looks like the broke threw our defenses" valkor said. "good thing i'm here" keith said. valkor laughed. "at least you have a since of humor. your mother didn't" valkor said.
another boom hit the city as people ran in to the castle. valkor ran passed the crowd of people toward a big metal beast.
