"what are you doing here?"

jungwoo's still recovering from his nose that's still red from the door that he got hit on. "what are you doing here? it's too early to come to work." doyoung said as he hit jungwoo's shoulder. "I woke up to early and I don't have anything to do, plus I can play games on the computer without taeyong hyung having to look and meet me." doyoung didn't have any choice but to answer jungwoo's question now. "jungwoo, promise you won't say anything about me coming here alright?" jungwoo smiled, showing his white clean teeth, and pointed his index finger to the security camera that's pointing them. "okay, give me the cctv tape, or destroy it. please, jungwoo..."

"I will. but-"
"I'll trade for meat. or milk."
"meat it is."
"alright. deal."

and from that, he regretted his decision. taeyong hyung's counting on me. now doyoung hyung? how am I supposed to do?

...

jaehyun walked towards the entrance of the building, while holding a folder for the paper that he did last night. he went to the office, where jungwoo and mark is present.

"hey hyung. did you sleep well? you have really dark undereyes." jungwoo said, not looking at his hyung's face but rather the laptop in front of him. "so...can I ask you something?" jungwoo froze. don't tell me it's something about taeyong hyung. he managed to smile, "what is it hyung?"

"can you give this to taeyong hyung? it's for his presentation."

the younger sighed in relief. at least he can escape from jaehyun to avoid more questions.

...

"jungwoo, is that my papers from jaehyun?"
"y-yes."
"I knew it."
"what happened hyung?"

taeyong expected this to happen. jaehyun avoided him too much, ever since that unholy scene. he tried his best to meet him as much as he can, but in the end it's always jungwoo.

"he told you to give this to me?" he accepted the folder of jaehyun's work. the boss skimmed though the pages, and read a little. it's too good. "yes he did, he's a little dizzy so i went here."

"dizzy?"
"he's sick, hyung."

what happened to him? "is he okay? tell him to go home."

even if jungwoo lied, he can at least help jaehyun get rid of the boss. "I'll tell him." he went out and back to the office, walking very fast, bumping some people on the way.

"jaehyun hyung, go home now."
"what? why?"
"boss told you to go home. I'm giving you a holiday, man."
"oh. how convenient."
"so listen. I told him that your dizzy, so he's excusing you."
"I'll go home now." he told his younger friend, packing up his things.

...

later that night, he took a bath and laid himself down on the bed, then started to play with his phone, until he received a call. from taeyong. he rolled his eyes and answered, preparing his raspy voice so sound like a sick person, putting his head upside down on the edge of the bed and pretending to cough.

"hi hyung."
"I'm walking towards your house right now."
"why? you don't have to come here hyung, I'm fine."
"jungwoo said youre sick. is he lying? I didn't see you after he visited me. did you not come at all?"

he sighed as his boss because taeyong's been questioning a lot of things. how 'thoughtful'.

" I did hyung- I mean; I'm sick. why are you coming here? it's raining."
"I wanna check, plus I have extra food from lunch, I ought to bring it to you."
"okay."

the heard a knock from the door. before he opens it, however, he put some makeup to make him look like he's tired and sick.

"hi hyung." he said with a raspy, deep voice. it's raining outside so taeyong's tuxedo from work is wet.

again this raining scene. what am I going to do? taeyong thought. he felt scared of the jaehyun-doyoung-breakup thing. "here, your lunch."

"thanks, you can come inside until the rain stops."
"do you have an umbrella? i don't feel comfortable staying with you, I don't want you to sleep late."
"my umbrella has holes in it."
"I can use it, jaehyun. it's fine."
"you'll get sick like me."

taeyong decided to not say anything to cause argument, especially with a sick employee that he likes. so taeyong sat on one of the sofas in the living room.

...

jaehyun then went back to his room and turned off the lights. he really felt like he's sick. he guessed that he worked too hard last night, he slept as late as 5 in the morning.

taeyong, meanwhile, stayed until midnight turning on the tv. he really waited for the rain to stop but still it never stops. he visited jaehyun's room. it's opened so the older walked in anyway.

jaehyun looks so worned out taeyong felt bad. the boss pulled the blanket up so that it reaches the employee's chin and caressed his forehead gently. taeyong didn't want to wake him, so he decided to sit on the bed opposite the younger.

then the still awake man just realised that jaehyun didn't take medicines, because he searched just in case, but didn't find any. so he went out using the umbrella that jaehyun mentioned, with many holes, and went out to buy some medicine.

...

jaehyun woke up, rubbed his eyes, and searched for his boss outside. he wasn't there.

maybe he went home.

but taeyong didn't. because right after he's about to go back to him warm cocoon, someone is trying the lock and opened the door.

"hyung? what are you doing outside? you should told me if you want to sleep here, there's an extra bed." taeyong pushed the taller towards jaehyun's room, and told him to sit down and drink the medicine. "jaehyun, I bought you medicine. here."

jaehyun's surprised by taeyong's actions, walking in the rain to get something for him. "why didn't you tell me you're going out. please, don't buy anything for me, I'm afraid you're going to be sick like me." "it's fine, jaehyun. let's get back-get you back to sleep."

before they can take a step forward, jaehyun closed his eyes tight, feeling the pain on his head.

thank heavens that small taeyong can hold a tall employee like jaehyun.
