prologue

"Never forget me!" I hugged y/n goodbye.

"I will never forget you!" y/n tightly hugged me back.

My face turned emotional as y/n disappeared to board the airplane and soon her face was out of sight.

10 Years Later
y/n's POV

"Korean Air Flight 457 to Seoul!" The loudspeaker announced as the teacher, Mrs Smith, started gathering everyone up to board the airplane.

I tiredly yawned as I made my way to board. It was really early in the morning and we had to fly to Seoul and arrive there in time so it wouldn't get too dark.

"I'm excited!" One of my friends, Rose exclaimed.

"I can't wait to go to Seoul! I've literally been DYING to travel there!" My other friend Jennie enthusiastically said, while we keep moving forward to board the airplane.

"I wonder how the other school will be like, I heard that Korean students are so attractive~" Rose fantasied about the Korean students that we'll be having the excursion with.

We scanned the tickets and made our way to the airplane. Once we boarded the plane, I hoped to sit by the window seat because I wanted to see the view outside and photograph the sunrise which is going to rise in a few hours time. To my luck, my plane ticket led to a window seat!

Rose's seat was next to mind and Jennie's one was front of me.

Some moments later, the airplane safety instructions popped up which I didn't seem to care about and instead I continued sleeping because I was super tired.

A few hours later, I woke up to the blinding, awakening sun. I checked my watch which says 06:34am. It looked like I had only been sleeping for a few hours.

Rose nudged me to take photos of the sunrise, so I did. Soon the breakfast came around, it looked like we were going to eat pancakes for breakfast!

???'s POV

"Quit daydreaming Jungkook!" Namjoon-hyung snapped me out of my thoughts.

"O-oh, sorry. I can't help but imagine how the other school from y/c/n (your country name) would be like." I replied.

"I feel you." Namjoon pat me on the shoulder, "Everything is so different from the other countries."

I had this strange feeling inside of me, like this serendipity that will come once the other school comes. But who cares, I'm just probably thinking of never-existing scenarios that will never happen during the school's visit.

Like I mean, they're only here for 1 week! It would be nice if I have made a friend during this excursion though...
