I woke up in a mess of sweat, gasping for air that felt like would never come. All I could feel was the dull pounding in my skull, throbbing and throbbing until, silence. Until nothing, all worries and thumping had vanished, as quickly as it appeared. It was as if it wasn't there in the first place, but that's normal for me I suppose. At least, it recently is. Peering around the unfamiliar room, the worry crept its way back into my nerves. The room looked like your average dorm room. A nightstand, rows of drawers, cabinets, the casual living quarters of someone of your class. Hell, it may even be an upgrade in some regards. Sitting up, you took note of the environment, something peculiar catching your eye.  On the nightstand besides the bed laid a note, which you simply grabbed and glossed over.

Meet in the cafeteria ASAP. Don't  waste a minute

Grimacing, you stood up. The headaches were coming back in waves, but you decided against your better judgement, following the instructions written for you, for us all. Who knows what would've happened if you decided against it, if we decided against it. Maybe it would've resulted in a different story. Maybe it would've resulted in a different future, something free from the game we were expected to play here. But, that's a different story, for a different time.

The story here was one of many titles. Deceit, and trust. Love, and hatred. Live, and death. It's our story, at least what's left of it.
