Part 6 Murder in the court

"DAN,DAN PLEASE GET UP.WALK IT OFF MAN"i heard Matt keep saying.He must have been the closest one to Dan it seems.I looked at my new friends corpse trying not to gag at the sight of him.What made this worse is the fact that there is no blood on him at all.Everything about his body is creepy,his facial expression was the worst part.He looked like he knew what was happening and did not try to do anything to stop it."Okay same thing as last time everyone go into groups to see what we can find"Mike said while looking away from Dan.I forget that he still is a teen and not a adult yet.We all are still young for going through this mess.Hell i was finally starting to trust everyone here and then this happens.I put my hand on Matt's shoulder."come on he would have wanted you to find out who did this to him,Now come on lets find who did this".i told him even if i was scared myself."your right"he said while he stood up"he would'nt want his death be the one that killed us all".He replied still seeming a bit sad."Okay so he was not drugged to sleep it seems in this case he was I'm guessing trying to fight back against this" Mike said to our group of three."But the thing is i don't have a clue what the cause of death must have been"Mike said again to our group.I looked straight on Dan's face.He looked like he was fighting back actually.Knowing Dan its the thing that he would try to do if he was getting attacked."Wait a second"i told Mike and Danny.I took his jacket off of his body and pointed towards his neck."Someone chocked him to death".Dan had many and i mean many hand marks all over the area near his neck."It may have not been by hands"Mike said next to me."But look at all the marks"Danny pointed out."ill explain at the trial,Louie you and Danny here are going to go check the body,I'm going to go look for something important"Mike said and then walked away from the body."OK well that was strange."he told me.

"I think this is all we can find on the body right now,I'm just gonna go check what the others are doing and go look around the place if that's alright".he said without me even saying i don't need help.I just sighed and got back to work looking at the body.No i should be looking at where the body came from.I started looking at the bag that Dan fell from.From what i can tell is that someone cut the bag open to put Dan inside for some reason.The bag had to be sewn back together if they cut it open but who would know how to sow.This is getting me nowhere near as much evidence then i thought it would give me.I'm getting nowhere.Wait i remember hearing something.I moved Dan's body away from what i thought i heard when it fell.Glass.why is there glass here of all places.I just shrugged and went back to looking at the body and the punching bag.I just looked at his face for a while trying to note what he had to be feeling.He looks a little too calm to be caught off of surprise but he must have fought back.While looking at him i noticed a small glimpse of something that shocked me.He-He looks like he is smirking.I rubbed my eyes and saw it better.He was definitely smirking.hardly but it is smirking.I cant imagine what he was thinking anymore this was just plain crazy.I cant take looking at his body and longer but i must continue looking at his body for as much clues as possible.The area with all the hand marks seem at a odd angle they seem like they are comi-

i sighed and stood up and took one last look at his body.I reached over and closed his eyes and started to walk over to the elevator for the class trial."Did you find what you were looking for?"i asked Mike i got over to the elevator."I found what i was looking for,I hope you saw what i saw"he said then Monomoomoo opened the elevator and told us to walk inside.This is it.Our next class trial so soon after the last one.Maybe a couple of days before our last one.But there is a difference this time.This time the person who killed Dan did it for the motive most likely.They did it for a object.The elevator stopped and we all piled out.I noticed right off the bat that i now have a frame right next to me representing Dan."Okay so you should all know what to do now so should i explain or just let you guys get right to work.
