Pezzot and Coral had reformed ... Pezzot had changed her hair from looking like a peridot's to having a zigzag pony tail... Coral on the other hand wasn't doing so good. Her dress was shorter and she had less restrictive clothes but she looked like she was melting. You could barely tell who it was anymore. She could only speak in screeches but Red and Pezzot tryed to listen to her and make out what she was saying (to some avail) Pezzot had fixed the ship so they could steer and see how much longer the trip would last. They had a good 14 years ahead of them before they would get to earth. White had torn of a engine. Red looks at his hand and sees a scar from where white had teared his arm off. That arm was white and black, probably his spectrums trying to keep him alive so they won't die yet. Red was so lost in thought he didn't hear Pezzot speaking*

Red: huh, what... Sorry I was just thinking
Pezzot: that's fine, but you don't look to good ... How long was I out
Red rubs the bags under his eyes: about... One week... Or two I'm not sure
Pezzot: well let me charge you up real qu-
Red: no... I'll be fine... Just focus on trying to fix the ship, the quicker you fix the ship all the way the faster we can get to earth.

Red:... Well Coral I don't care about my health. I care about getting you guys to safety... I'm worthless if I can't get you two to earth... I'm already a failure as a diamond so I don't wanna fail as a protector.
Pezzot: That's not true! You where a great diamond! Look at me, I used to never say anything and just hide away! Now I speak my mind about everything! You ran a colony for 5000 years and you made sure every single gem in your court was happy! Look at Coral, you made her feel emotions that no other gems under stand but you and her... That's impressive if I say so myself and I do!
Red: if it weren't for me we wouldn't be stranded in the middle of f*cking nowhere!
Pezzot hugged him: hey... It's ok... We don't care if we are stranded we just care that we made it out of Homeworld . If it wasn't for you we would probably be shattered Red *she made him look at her* you have done so much in such little time, you need to realize that your not the one to blame for everything.
Red stared at her for a bit before crying... The blue and green gems looked at each other and hugged the diamond
Pezzot: just let me help you ok?
Red: ok,actually... I need to tell you something I wanted to te-
???: NO! YOU WONT TELL THEM!
Red: see! Didn't you hear that!
He looks around a bit, searching for the voice, but Pezzot and Coral seem confused.
Pezzot: what do you mean red? I don't hear anything
Dark: Heheh, they can't hear you. Guess who it is Red... I can't wait, it's me Dark... I'm inside your head now, HEHEHUHUHUU
Light: So am I... It seems whenever white shocked you we got pulled out of your subconscious into your mind... I'm trying to get Dark back into your subconscious right now...
Dark: bullsh*t... You just wanna have control over his form all to yourself you prick! We all know what the goals of this arrangement we have are...
Red:... It's actually kinda important that I tell you this Pezzot*he shows her his arm*... After I was... Tormented by White, my other spectrums can talk to me and each other inside of my head. They are trying to take over my body I think?
