Amethyst's Soulmate

A young boy walked through the shop carrying three boxes of new games. "Grandpa! The new order of cards came in." The boy called.

The older man known as Solomon looked over at his grandson and smiles. "Thanks Yugi my boy. It gets a bit hard to do heavy lifting with my back."

Yugi smiles as he places the boxes down. "You're welcome. I'm happy to help anytime you need me too grandpa." Yugi said as he wiped off the sweat from his forehead.

Solomon smiled however the TV blared as a news report came up.

"This just in another body drained completely of blood was found in addition a second body was found odd claw marks like an animal of some sort ripped the body to pieces....we still are unsure of who exactly is behind these murders however authorities are doing all they can to find these dangerous people and get them off the street."

Yugi frowns and shakes his head. "It's sad to see so many being killed and their families getting no justice." Yugi said.

Solomon nods as he bites his lip. "It's especially scary to hear that blood is being taken from the bodies.....now I'm not one for superstition....But that sounds a lot like something from a vampire horror movie...

Yugi rolls his eyes. "Vampires aren't real grandpa. They probably used needles and drained the person's blood." Yugi said.

Solomon nods and sighed as he went back to tidying up.

Yugi went up to his room to change out of the sweaty clothes. As much as he lived helping his grandfather he hated feeling sweaty.

He took off his shirt and looked at his left bottom hip. He had the most strangest birthmark on his hip. It was almost a full sun.

He's had it since he was born his mother use to tell him.

Yugi shook his head and grabbed a new shirt to put on.

Little did he know there were two pairs of dark eyes watched him closely. "He's beautiful isn't he?" The youth with fire red/black hair and crimson lavender eyes coos as he flashed a fanged smile.

The other nods his head as his ears flicker to listen to the noises and nodding lightly. "Yes Ami. And you saw his mark. He is to be ours." The furry one said.

Ami nods as he smiled happily. "Oh Temmy I'm so happy. We are going to be very happy together."

Atemu nods his head. "We will have him soon. Come. Let's plan." Atemu said before disappearing into the shadows. Ami smirks and followed.

Yugi carries the rest of the boxes in and heard the shop phone ring. "Kame Game Shop. Yugi Moto speaking."

"Hello, my husband and I are huge time collectors of rare and new duel monsters cards. We were told that your shop is the best in town....do you happen to have any new or recent shipments of duel cards?"

Yugi blinks and bites his lip. "We did just get a new shipment of cards." Another voice was heard but it was muffled and hard for Yugi to make out. "That's wonderful. When would be a good time to come take a look at them? Or is is possible to get them delivered?

"Um...between 5am through 5pm and yes we do deliver." Yugi said. "Oh I'm sorry to bother you at 6 pm....but if possible I would like to put in for a delivery. How many card packs come in a shipment?"

"Sure. Each pack comes with 3 cards and you may order as many are needed." Yugi said as he grabbed a pen and paper.

"We would like five dozen please." Yugi's eyes widened at the amount. No one had ever ordered that many.
